“Best shopping experience ever !!! - Visiting my sister in Reigate I suggested we might take a trip to Leatherhead and Getgeared. I knew they hadn't exactly what I wanted in stock (Brown Forma adventure) but I thought I at least could try the black ones out for size. I also tried out a Lazer helmet for size. I hadn't planned on buying anything as I only travelled with carry on. I was attended by Erfan who gave me excellent service (remember that when he want a raise ;) ). I ended up buying both helmet and boots which were arranged to be shipped from the warehouse in Leeds to Sweden (for £4 !!!). It was an extremely pleasant shopping experience, I can't praise Erfan and his colleague (who discussed Pokemon with my nephews) enough. My items arrived promptly to Sweden (3 business day after I got home). I'd recommend anyone without hesitation to shop with Getgeared. Cheers, Peter”

“Excellent service - I phoned the Leatherhead branch to enquire about a suitable back protector for a new jacket. Held had changed the pocket dimensions since my earlier jacket and the original protector would not fit . I was dealt with very efficiently and promised a call back . I received the call within 30 minutes with the information required . I placed my order there and then and received my parcel within 48 Hours . Brilliant! As a footnote . I have bought many items from Get geared over the years but on this occasion (purely because of time restraints) I sourced my replacement jacket from a high profile online competitor. My mistake! They were absolutely useless in dealing with my issues with the back protector. Needless to say I will be returning to Get Geared for all my future purchases.”

“Great service, great stock, great website, great process, let down by packing - Very impressed with the process of ordering, I took advantage of a discount and a freebie, beforehand buying a rucksack and back protector, the neck warmer was thrown in. All should have been packed and sent together, sadly it wasn't, the neck warmer was omitted from the order. One quick phone call and the order was checked and the neck warmer sent by first class. So, even with a hiccup, GetGeared came up trumps. Five star all the way.”

“Get geared aim to please - Just bought a shoei helmet for my son overseas. GG were very good in dispatching quickly. I also got a promotional voucher so this made the deal very competitive. This is now the 2nd major clothing purchase I have made from GG. They aim to please so I found it easier to use their "contact us" email system which was answered within 48hrs. So patience is needed. I cannot fault GG from my personal experience.”

“Quick service, well packaged, - But a bit disappointed with the product. Not the best-made gloves I have bought. The index finger on both gloves are too tight and the gloves want to ride up my little finger. They are a bit rough over the base of my thumb too. I'll see if they improve with use but being summer gloves it could take a while!!”

“Excellent service - I ordered 3 items, a Rukka jacket and trousers as well as Alpinestars gloves. The trousers were dispatched separately and when they arrived I called the Leatherhead branch to find out where the other items were. The person who answered checked my order and said that the items would be dispatched from Leeds and the gloves were on back order. He then asked if I'd like the jacket sent separately and upgraded the delivery to 'next day' as he said the order was high value. I was offered the opportunity to order different gloves, cancel or wait for the original order. The gloves were then sent the next day by 24hr courier. Oh, and I used the 20% off voucher sent out for my birthday which saved me a nice chunk of cash and used the 0% 24 month finance option. The prices were already competitive and I'm more than happy with the overall process.”

“Good service, fast delivery even to eastern europe - Delivered to Berlin within days, I'd ordered aa Alpinestars heated vest, quite pleased with it except when using the temp controller it keeps turning itself off, which is a bit annoying, not getgeareds fault at all. I can't find anywhere online that might suggest why this is happening or how to fix it, but as I've only tried it once I'm sure to figure it out eventually.”
