“I’ve brought 4 phone in the passed number of years but unfortunately when I received my 4th one it gave trouble but other that I find them very good”

“I ordered from this website about 2 years ago and LOVED it, for this reason I chose to buy a new phone from here too. I was disappointed with the service. I ordered an IPhone 11 pro Max IN GOLD, after 3 days my phone hadn’t arrived and I noticed my status was still “processing” I messaged someone on the website about this problem but got no answer, after a few hours I messaged again and found out the Gold was currently unavailable yet no one had told me until I contacted them TWICE. I settled for a black instead because i didn’t want to wait 2 weeks for the gold to be available. The next week I got an email confirming my phone was sent BUT instead of being sent with a courier like I requested it was sent with An Post. I love the phone but the service was horrible and disappointing.”

“I bought a phone which due to unforeseen circumstances I emailed the next day after paying for it to cancel my order. Was told it’s been shipped to me and I should refuse it on arrival and I did exactly what you asked me to do. It’s been 2 weeks now of emails and asking for my refund but you Get tech keeps telling me that they haven’t received my parcel from An post. The tracking on it is still saying it’s in Portlaoise the last 5 days. But it’s been 2 weeks this has been sent back to you. For a tracked item why is it taking so long? Please can you look into this urgently as it’s my money that’s supposed to be refunded. Regards. E”

We apologise that it took so long for us to receive the package, however this was beyond our control. We were also in touch with An post to try and speed up this delivery, however, we did not receive much help. As soon as we received the package from An Post we informed you and refunded you straight away, without any further delay. Once again, our sincere apologies for this long wait. “I purchased an Iphone 6s and I am delighted with it. The website it great and it made choosing a phone so straight forward. Most importantly their prices are very reasonable. The phone came with a cover, screen protector and charging bank so that was a big bonus. The give a great warranty and the service was efficient. I will definitely be getting my next phone here when the time comes.”
