“Excellent customer service, very helpful. Only thing was that I did not receive my phone within the delivery time specified, and when I contacted the team at gettech, they told me there was an issue with stock but that they would send out my phone when they had new stock in, which was exactly what they did, and I realise it wasn’t really their fault, so not even really something I fault them for. Apart from this, I ordered the phone in “new condition” and a brand new battery. The phone couldn’t be in better condition, looks absolutely brand new, not one scratch or mark. Delighted with gettech and would be happy to order from them again. Thanks to all at gettech!!”

“Very happy with product which came in absolutely perfect condition (iPhone x). The only issue I had was that having made my order and payment was accepted I was then informed of stock issues and that there would be a delay (you should be told this when making order and not after the fact). Having said that, the communication from GetTech was excellent and I very happily accepted an alternative colour for my phone from their existing stock. I will certainly use this company again when it comes time to upgrade in the future and I have been recommending to friends and family already.”

“I have used this company several times and they have always supplied quality phones. The fair phone I received was like new to me and after checking around they were the cheapest and gave you extras. I will defo be using them again.”

“Ordered phone on a Friday, it was delivered on Monday. Packaging, contents etc.. all as advertised. Great value and excellent correspondence throughout. 100% recommend using Get Tech, we will definitely be using again.”
