“Recieved phone with usb cable but sent android cable not iPhone, but I will customer was very good. The only problem was my battery on the iPhone was not even lasting a day even though I bought phone good as new. Again when in contact with customer service they were very good. Now waiting on descsion for refund. And then look again at your merchandise.”

“Just bough a refurbished iPhone 8 for my son and iPhone 11 for m. Delighted with both. Always suspicious of too many good reviews but to be fair 24 month warranty and great prices can’t be beaten.”

“I ordered iPhone XS from them and after 2 days the phone was flickering for a few seconds. I hard reset, updated my software and reinstall all apps but still have the same problem. I’ve reached out to customer service and they told me to hard reset the phone which I replied that I’ve already done it and still got the same problem. Haven’t heard from them since.”

“Hi, 4 time using this company. IPhone 8+ arrived in better tnan expected condition as always. I once had and issue with a battery not performing as it should and no questions asked it was replaced. So 5 stars”

“A tech reviewer on Newstalk only mentions gettech's main competitor. So I was slightly wary of buying from them. I should not have worried. I bought a good condition Samsung galaxy S9 Plus. It came within 24-hours and has a few tiny spots on one side which are concealed by the free protective cover they sent me. The phone is in excellent condition and really good value for money. The 2-year warranty is longer than any I could find elsewhere, and the free shipping and cover is a bonus. Ideally, I could have been sent a SIM card tray opening to and perhaps a link to the phones using manual. Maybe that something they will consider for the future? I'll definitely be buying again from them.”
