“I paid the lowest fare when I booked flight to Malaysia for my family through Getaflight. I also received a surprise upgrade to my baggage allowance from 20kg to 40 kg per person with no additional charge! Thank you!”

“I booked flights to Canada, but there was a problem with issuing the ticket. All the members of staff I spoke to were very helpful and answered all of my questions, and the issue was resolved promptly. Really good customer service. Having not used Get-a-Flight before, I didn't know what to expect, but I have been very pleasantly surprised.”

“I made two mistakes on my booking and rather than having to start all over again, Kevin texted me from Getaflight asking if I needed help. He managed to change my bag problems and a name I had inputted wrong in a matter of minutes everything was sorted and booking confirmed. Fantastic service can’t thank him enough. 😊😎.”

“Customer service is great. 10 out of 10! I could not ask for a better travel agency to book my travel. All my flight-related queries and concerns are immediately catered to especially by Kevin Walker. he is really patient in attending to your questions. I am very thankful to his especially with how promptly he responses and explains the situation. I hope they keep the quality of their customer service because it makes the difference among other travel agencies. Great customer service means great future for the agency. Two thumbs up!”
