“I had to use the online chat as I had an issue regarding flights I booked. The only thing I would say is don't just say "I advise you to go to the airlines site" rather then asking me what the issue is. I couldn't log in I have to keep resetting my password to get in which is stupid! But when I told Sarah the issue I had she advised me & we sorted it. Which I was happy with in the end. But next time ask what is the problem. But Sarah was helpful! Thank you”

“Got theprice advertized, so often there are many add ons. Had some issues trying to pay, used 2 separate cards. Not sure what the issue was. Decent follow up from Sarah when questions sent in.”

“The WhatsApp service was super easy to communicate with the Getaflight staff. Despite a quite slow response initially, Kevin helped me find a flight that suited me and once caught at the right time resolved my request promptly. Overall this was a much more positive experience than using other customer service platforms.”
