Found my family flights to Kuala Lumpur by searching on Skyscanner - selected and transferred to Get a Flight. Site was easy to use and the flights were booked in a few mins. The eTickets were sent the next day and I had a courtesy phone call from Eva to see if everything was correct and whether I needed anything else.

I came across the getaflight web site while hunting for a cheap flight to Bangkok. They were the most reasonable, the web site was very easy to navigate and within moments I had my return flights booked. I even had a call from one of their representatives Eva just to ensure that everything was ok. Great service and cheap tickets.

I purchased this ticket on September 6@2136 with this consultant Sarah. At first it was all good until a few days after i still havent received my email confirmations and eticket. I phoned their office on Friday(Sept9) three days after and still nothing arrived. I was then reassured by a colleague that it will come but today September 10,2022 4days after i then called the office at 2145 and until then it hasnt been sent until now. So I'm not happy about it as i was the one whose chasing this up to get this. Poor customer service. After requesting it, the staff who answered me sent ir finally after my reminder. Then i requested to speak to Sarah myself after investigating what happened she said that she had sent it but it wasn't received until i made this known to them. She apologize but i asked her why it happen and suddenly in an arrogantly manner she said what is the issue here still i Have already apologisw. I Dont like the tone of her reply to me thats why I'm upset about it more. I was even planning to give positive feedback but due to this i will give the Lowest and worse feedback to this matter.

I accidentally input the wrong date of birth for my passenger and Sarah S changed it for me within minutes of me asking them to do via the online chat

Hello !!! My experience with booking online didn’t go well. It was some issues when I wanted tkk on pay. Apparently the fair did not match BUT i it’s say when I spoke to their representative over the phone who was SARAH,,, she resolved my issues with so much patience and made sure I was given a good price though a slightly different from the original price but her efforts and customer service was remarkable. I must say she is a huge success for her company. Many thanks

I had to use the online chat as I had an issue regarding flights I booked. The only thing I would say is don't just say "I advise you to go to the airlines site" rather then asking me what the issue is. I couldn't log in I have to keep resetting my password to get in which is stupid! But when I told Sarah the issue I had she advised me & we sorted it. Which I was happy with in the end. But next time ask what is the problem. But Sarah was helpful! Thank you
