“Sarah was very helpful and informative when we needed help with making a payment for our flights. She explained everything clearly and even gave a phone call afterwards when she noticed I hadn’t done something. Very good service.”

“Book through the airline directly in future. I ended up paying more to move dates than I spent on the original ticket. Take the initial cheaper cost with a pinch of salt. The staff were professional enough no issues with them, but the product itself isn't what you think.”

“Service by PH Travel is excellent Sometimes booking flights through third party agencies is a nightmare, especially if there are problems with the booking as its impossible to speak to a human being and even if you can they aren't always helpful. I had a problem with my card at the payment stage and used the chat facility to connect with PH Travel solve the problem. Many thanks to Kevin for their help in getting my ticket organized quickly and efficiently..”
