“I was very happy with Getaflight's customer service through Bella Smith who found and organised our flights efficiently and quickly made sure our needs and requests were completed to our satisfaction. Bella was patient with our queries especially as our flights were somewhat complicated. She chose the best prices for us and kept us informed, step by step, of our flight progress and details, helping and assuring us that we got the best possible deal. It was very easy and nice to deal with her. Thank you Bella”

“Just booked a flight with PH travel. The customer service agent was Mr Kevin. He was polite and clear during the conversation,although the price fluctuated.I was however given the original price. He made sure the we were satisfied.”
