“Hi payment was not going through. Maggie Grace halp me sending transfer link from account and successfully done. Stayed with me through out.also called me after payment was received. Thanks for her help and patience and politeness.”

“We had to make return flight changes where both passengers had to return on different days. Despite it being a complicated ask, Sarah was really helpful and provided a few options to us, in order to get the most affordable return flights available. Thanks again Sarah!”

“Excellent customer service in relation to booking enquiries. I had concerns regarding the non functionality of the airline website that I had booked with and had had no replies from contacting the airline direct with said concerns. After contacting Get a Flight (the company I had booked my flights with) I quickly received a clarifying email from Maggi Grace at their customer services department and in which she was able to answer my queries and allay my concerns. Thank you Maggi Grace and thank you Get a Flight for your prompt, efficient and professional customer services! I will have no reservation in recommending your travel services to friends and family in the future!”
