“We're delighted with our new bed. We ordered an EU King size bed frame and mattress and had several custom modifications made to the frame. As I was concerned to get things right, I emailed and rang the customer services department a number of times and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were endlessly pleasant and patient with my requests. The only slight downside was that the delivery invoice showed only the bed arriving and not the mattress but both turned up together and it all turned out well in the end. The bed is solid and stable and we're sleeping very comfortably on it.”

“Extremely DISAPPOINTED !!! :( :( Not with product but lack of NO PRE-DRILLED HOLES IN SOLID WOOD PIECES !!! It should be made clear in product details BEFORE someone orders, that a heavy duty drill is the ONLY tool to assemble these beds. I now have to, either, buy a drill or pay someone to assemble for me !!! Unhappy Customer & will not be recommending !!!”

“We ordered the Traditional Country bed. It arrived on the correct day with FEDX. It easy to assemble (electric screw driver essential!). Good quality hardwood before. Very pleased with this purchase.”

“Bed arrived on time, looks like on the images on-line, looks reasonably well made. The frame is too big for a standard king mattress, and there are gaps through which slats are seen on both sides . This is a rather disappointing. The mattress is bang on 150cm width, and the bed is 160 cm. Vexing.”

“Decent quality bed easy to assemble and delivered on time, my only complaint was the courier, who left the flatpack outside in the rain refusing to help my wife lift it inside the front door. The pack was quite heavy and awkward and being small and not very strong my wife who was at home alone struggled to move it indoors a distance of 3 metres and up 2 steps. The courier excused himself with, not my job, maybe not, but 2 minutes of help would have gone a long way. Cant fault the bed though well made and looks good.”

“Excellent product and delivery - a very good quality product with no obvious defects. The only gripe I have is that their instruction booklets need some serious attention, this could be a five-star product were it not for the poorly worded/designed booklet. Everything else was really impressive, so it's a shame this one area isn't to the same standard.”

“WOW!!! What a fantastic product. I purchased a bed my golden retriever. Honestly, the quality is superb. It will last forever. Great mattress. Customer service excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way. Also , the delivery service was great they also kept me informed and were very professional. Thank you all .”
