An amazing experience all around, and when booking in for delivery they were very accommodating on dates for me. The bed itself is stunning, with very good quality and workmanship. Zac installed the bed for us and he was also super, efficient and professional. Every aspect from order to end was a high standard, and I couldn't fault a thing. The company had everything I needed in one place, and I was able to purchase bed drapes and duvets in one go. The duvet is of great quality and I've had the best night's sleep. I'll be sure to enter the monthly competitions they run too!

Very pleased with the bed and four drawers. Easy to assemble and looks great. We did not receive our bed on our chosen day. No notification of why. I had to chase. I did get emails back quickly when I asked questions and then was sent a message with our incorrect phone number and email that they said they had passed to the delivery company! Hence we received our bed two days later, rather inconvenient as we had to reorganise our time to be at home. Hence only four stars.

I absolutely love the quality & look of my new bed - The Deco - it's beautiful. My only caution would be to ensure you pay for the service to have your bed assembled, as I struggled to put it together myself. The instructions and joinery were perfect, but screwing into the hardwood, even with pre-drilled holes and an electric screwdriver, was very difficult. That said, I couldn't be happier with the final product.

The quality of the product is good, however the headboard has a blemish on it, and one of the floating shelves isn't level

Very nice bed, bit difficult with the screws to get into place and slightly squeaky when put together. Also expected a support beam under the bed for extra sturdiness for a standard double . Overall happy with this bed.

Brilliant service and brilliant bed! This was an easy purchase to make, and a really good quality solid bed for a very good price. Importantly - easy to put together. The headboard and footboard were already built which was a bonus. Customer service was exemplary - all my queries were answered quickly and politely. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys who delivered the bed were great too. Highly recommended!

The bed is well made but the headboard and under-bed storage unit finishes are a disappointment. They don't look the same as they do online. I guess this is a hazard of buying online. We are going to have to get them sprayed. The installation of the beds went well.

Great quality product delivered on time - went for the Cambridge in walnut and it looks superb and is really solid. Only downside was the woeful assembly instructions but we'll let them off given how good the fully assembled product is.

The service was very good. We were kept up to date on the status of the order and delivered on the day I asked for. All in all it was a really good experience and when I refurb the spare rooms I’ll definitely be back for new beds.

It's a second bed I bought from you and I don't like this one. The colour seems to be completely wrong. I ordered "cinnamon" but i looks more like "ash" from your website. Every time I look at it I think I don't like it.

The purchase process over the phone was smooth and I was expertly helped by Ellie. We did arrange for assembly, and I asked if the assembly team might help to bring the old bed down. Although this is not guaranteed, I was assured that they wouldn't mind. Not so! The delivery team was rude. Although the bed was set up quickly and well, the 2 person delivery team left without asking for a signature or even bothering to say goodbye. We came down to an open front door to a busy with the delivery van gone!

If they are a Get Laid Beds frame this service is possible and will need to be booked at point of order as a paid service. However, the delivery team could have handled this completely differently . I have yet to have my bed. It was to be delivered last Tuesday but you sent it to the wrong address Then it was lost and now it is in Northampton. Thete is no word of its delivery.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you have had an unexpected delay to your order. It is very disappointing when such errors occur as we do rely heavily on external couriers to deliver a high percentage of our orders. It is often the case that when issues like this happen the couriers will contact the customer directly with a new delivery date first before giving us any further information. They did try to contact you over the weekend, when they cannot get through they will leave a voicemail. We have found that this is the fastest and most efficient way to resolve such issues because the customer is kept up to date directly. Please be assured that the Customer Service Team will also still continue to liaise with the couriers and you until this is resolved. The bed was great but the delivery experience very poor. It took me ages to get them to understand I needed bit of notice to agree delivery date and kept getting told up to fedex. When fedex delivered it was badicslly dumped on the path outside my 3rd story apartment. I was not expecting it to be taken up but bit more customer service would have been great as actual product very good .
