“Our bed arrived in excellent condition and was very easy to put together. We had great customer service keeping us informed of the process of the bed making. The little bag with the Allan key etc in was very cute and handy”

“We bought the regular platform bed but it was a bit too high for us, and the low bed too low so we went for a custom size. Very good quality and GLB customer service was excellent throughout in terms of advice and returns. Would also recommend getting the bed built for you, worth every penny!”

“Fantastic bed from a truly wonderful company and team at get laid beds . Would 100% highly recommend . The bed is truly stunning . The only thing I would recommend is you need two people to build the bed and a really good screwdriver 🪛”

“I cannot provide a review as I have not yet received the bed promised for Tuesday 25 October! I have had no bed since last Monday - since I could not accommodate two beds in my flat - and I am 81 years of age and presently not in good health. I can only say that I am appalled at the service provided by this company and so shall be seeking compensation for inconvenience and lack of earnings as an educationalist. I shall not be recommending this company to any of my acquaintances. Surely a company that champions itself as top of the range can provide a better service than this. I for one shall not be dealing with them in the future and I am surprised that the individual employed by the company to give clear updates on delivery of the item was quite unable to do so. I do not blame her - I blame those who purport to be in charge.”

“The instructions should be only for the bed that I ordered, not multiple choice. It was written on the instructions to use black screws for some of the construction yet there were none, it was also when making the under bed storage box some of the things that are called 'biscuits ' were missing ' and some of the slats for the box were meant to be marked to use on the ends of the box but they weren't, and there was also a bit of small damage to one of the slats. I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone else.”

“Well made and finished. Arrived as agreed, well packed and free from errors. Instructions lacked accuracy, but construction was easily achieved based on lots of previous experience with assembly of furniture.”

“Really impressed. We got a space saver Super King platform bed with no headboard - it feels well made and sturdy and is great value for a solid wood frame. We paid for the frame to be assembled and that was done very quickly and efficiently.”
