“I was looking for a low bed for a guest bedroom with low ceiling. I came across this company via Instagram as they seem to have many different styles of low bed. From the order to the delivery, it all went very smoothly. It took about 20 minutes for my husband to assemble it and we find the bed very substantial and well made. I am very happy with my purchase!”

“My son is very happy, good solid bed, lovely finish, easy to put together. Really quick and easy helpful customer service, I must have selected the wrong delivery date when I realised I contacted them straight away and they responded quickly giving me the date I thought I had selected. The only thing that was a bit annoying was our existing underbed storage doesn't fit I did carfeully measure we are talking millimetres. It is a shame because I didn't order the storage so will now have to look for something else.”

“Amazing service, super helpful customer service who enabled delivery date of our choice. White knight bed components were nicely packaged in 6 parcels, excellent instructions for assembly, a very good quality, solid construction and great finish, easy to put together (2 persons, took us around 90 mins). Very pleased with the final product. Highly recommend, will buy again, worth the price.”

“Bed is well made and easy to assemble. There was one tiny mistake in the assembly instructions, but it was so obvious it wasn't a problem. Very comfortable bed.”

“From the outset the service I received was excellent-the showroom was a great setting to view the products and the staff were knowledgeable and able to provide advice without being pushy. I was kept well informed about the progress of my order and the delivery team were super efficient (thank you Chris and Sue) constructing the beds without mess or disruption. A really great buying experience from start to finish and much more than I expected for such a good value product.”

“Looks good but is not of much substance as the slates are so wide apart. At 10cm have discovered too wide for my mattress. Disappointed overall with the picture showing slates misleading - and no information on this available in dimensions, surprising given that many mattresses require less of a gap. One of the slates split also.”

We are very sorry this caused any confusion of inconvenience to you. You have been in contact with the customer service team and we are replacing the slat that has split upon assembly and they have also made arrangements for additional slats to be sent to make the slat gaps smaller for you. “I’ve been sent a request to review but haven’t received the bed yet! The delivery company cancelled half way through the morning on delivery date after prior messages telling me to be ready by 7am. I have no idea when they will deliver now, had no follow up. So I don’t have much option but to give poor feedback. No idea what the bed is like!”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you were one of the customers who were delayed due to the driver becoming ill and not being able to continue his deliveries. He did set out with good intentions to carry on as normal but sadly he did have to turn back. The Logistics Manager did try to make alternative arrangements to still deliver on the same day, sadly there were no available delivery drivers for our vans. He offered the very earliest date they could return in that first communication. You were not available for that date so a new more convenient date has been arranged for you and your delivery fee refunded for the unforeseen delay. “Overall ok. Not completely sure on the QC of the bed. Joints were not as good as the price suggested and the finish was not perfect on the 'non best face' areas. Assembly intruction for the Oxford failed to note front to back supports are 'handed' which needed a bit of thought. Under bed storage is overly time consuming to assemble given the cost. Pre assembled would have a been a nice, easy quality touch for the smaller units chosen.”
