“lovely bed really pleased with it. It's the second one we have bought. Went together nicely and looks beautiful. My daughter and I both use your company and the quality is fab. Only issue for me is around delivery, you place an order and get quite an abrupt e-mail saying make sure you are in - we won't be giving you a time slot (when you actually did give me a time slot!), make sure we can get to your house etc etc and if we can't deliver you will be charged for re-delivery etc. It wasn't relevant to us as we have plenty of access but there are ways to word things when people have spent a lot of money with you. I'd have thought in the current economy an e-mail saying thanks for your order and we'll do everything we can to make it a smooth process would be better and worded better rather than what feels like quite a threatening e-mail which is clearly just a standard note sent to everybody, it really needs re-wording to say 'we're sorry we can't give you a time slot' rather than very blunt. Or why not try give time slots to make people's lives easier. When lorries are loaded the driver knows where he's going and who is first drop off. It's 2024! everybody has e-mails, sat navs and mobile phones - technology to keep us updated.”

“The bed is stunning, really great quality and very sturdy but oh my god the instructions are as clear as mud and desperately need improvement. More pictures (including pictures of what screws etc you need for each step and not just saying it's the 45mm one) and more detailed written instructions are needed.”

“Was very much looking forward to the Shoreditch Space Saver bed in our new home. It arrived promptly and was well packed. The bed was immaculately finished and went together easily. Then, our first night came. The bed creaked and creaked like something from my great, great grandparents home. We gave it the benefit of doubt, a settling in night, and unfortunately, the same thing last night. Sitting at work tired, irritable and that doesn't include the weather and England final football result. Would not recommend to even the heaviest sleeper. Hoping Get Laid can remedy this at their very earliest convenience. Kindest regards, A very, very tired customer.”

“Love my new Oxford bed! Looks great, creak free and pretty painless to put together. Spoke with customer service before I bought the bed - friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Then again afterwards as I thought they’d sent the wrong size. ….they hadn’t! A very patient lady talked me through measuring it to confirm it was all correct and didn’t make me feel like a pillock! Thank you😀”

“The construction leaflet was easy to follow, and the componnent parts fitted with siutable tighteness. The quality of selected woods was excellent. My daughter for whom the bed was purchased is happily having good overnight comfort. Yours emails re progress allowed for comfort here.”

“Excellent service from order to delivery. Delivered exactly when they said. Only thing I suggest adding is a sequence in which to open the boxes as when ordering as a flat pack mine came in 9 boxes and you have no idea what sections are in what box or indeed where the instructions are.”

“Absolutely obsessed with my new amazing bed! The mattress feels even better than in my old frame to sleep on and is firm and supportive whilst also providing a relaxing night's sleep. I also love the way the warm wood compliments the bedroom. Service and contact were very helpful all the way through, highly recommend although you may never be able to get out of bed!”

“I was informed at each step from how my bed was doing to when it got dispatched and delivered.the bed was pretty simple to build very good quality all solid wood and the slats are wide and study. I’m pretty good at building stuff though so if you don’t know what you’re doing I’d maybe get them to build it for you. Over all fantastic strong sturdy bed reasonably priced with a fantastic finished look.”
