“Get Laid Beds has asked me to write a review when unfortunately my bed was not delivered as arranged. They have promised to make good their mistake by making me a new bed and delivering it within the week. Wish me luck!”

We arranged for a full replacement to be made and delivered within 4 days of the original failed delivery. I can see that this has been successfully received by you. “Smooth delivery, and great quality beds. Whilst we really liked the bed, we were disappointed with the customer service. We were told by staff that it’s easy to put the super king ottoman bed together, turned out that instructions are minimal and unclear which made putting it together a bit of a nightmare. We’ve expected more, especially for the price we paid. Beyond that, very happy with the bed!”

“I have a mixed review for the bed I bought. The bed came on the agreed day with no delays and customer service was helpful. On receiving and start assembling it I started notching a lot of imperfections on the wood. Small chips, glue residue, some rough unpolished areas and then the big issue came when I saw that one of the bed legs was not matching the other three. It was from same wood but probably another part/different batch. I spoke to customer service but they advised it can’t be changed as it is not “faulty”. Otherwise the bed frame looks overall nice if I don’t pay attention to details and it is sturdy. So overall, for the price I payed I was expecting a better attention to detail. An average overall feedback. Reading previous reviews I was expecting somewhat better standards and my expectations were high.”

“So impressed with Get Laid Beds, from ordering, through to delivery I cannot fault in anyway. Ordering was simple and communication of delivery was great. The bed was delivered when they said they would and the tracking was a nice feature as well and being called 30 mins beforehand. The team who delivered were very friendly and the quality of the bed is great, we love it thank you. I definitely recommend”

“The whole experience was outstanding, from the initial visit to the showroom in Leicester to the delivery and set up of the bed in Surrey. Every single person we encountered was friendly, patient and courteous and our bed was set up in very little time. It is the first time we have bought a new bed in 52 years of marriage, and we are really pleased.”

“The quality and look of the bed are great. Snug fits on all the joints and easy to assemble. Initially, it creaked a bit as it settled in, but it's probably due to the carpeted floor.”

“I ordered the Modern Daybed in warm white in single for my office/spare room/multi purpose chill out room. From ordering to delivery, including the assembly service, I could not fault them at all. Adam was really helpful and assembled my himself as his colleague was unwell. It only took 30 minutes to put together. The communication and tracking service was first class. The bed quality is fantastic. I would say the Warm White is actually proper white which is what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.”

“Everything about the bed and the drawer speak solid quality. All the components and fixings were included and the assembly instructions easy to follow. Not cheap but good quality is hard to find these days. Very pleased.”

“Short lead time with great delivery service. However, the wooden slats were quite 'rough' so I needed to lightly sand them before putting the bed together. Otherwise, I feared they may snag the mattress.”

“Instructions were awful. Incomprehensible pictures and impossible to identify parts, nor stated the tools needed to complete the build. We were missing screws. Additional steps on a separate sheet did not fit into any steps in the main instructions. Headboard not as shown on website and can see dowels no matter how hard we tried to close the gap. Little thought to the number of lifting straps needed for the size of bed. No means of stopping the mattress from sliding on the slats and off the frame.”

“Beautiful bed - we have the king size Oxford bed in black stain. It was very easy to assemble, arrived right on the schedule given to us by the company and was flat packed in a way that made it very easy to take upstairs. The bed is solid once constructed and looks great, I could not be happier.”
