“I ordered the Office Pro on June 26,2022 and after many communications! I still have not received my Office Pro. Now it has been over a month. I would have to say this company is a scam!!”

“At first I was a little nervous about ordering as I'm in the United States. I was also concerned because as a senior citizen I let's say "technologically challenged" and wasn't certain I could manage to be successful. But the price was too good to pass up and I decided to take a chance. It couldn't have been easier! I followed the very clear directions and was up and running the first time! My last MS Word was 2007 so it's been a while. I'm so happy I found GetRemewedTech. Great customer service who answered my questions quickly and an easy to install product. Thank you!”

“Office 2021. Super happy. 🙂 Zero headaches! (seems rare these days :-( ) Price was even 10$ lower than many other deal sites. And instructions were crystal clear! Side note: At this price, Office 2021, at the very least offers a more capable clipboard than the one included Windows 10 / 11 operating system. It can paste multiple items at once. Evolution takes time i guess. Laugh. THX's Much! 🙏 Dan”

“I was hesitant to buy out of the country but this transaction went well. I am of the Boomer generation and even I was able to download with ease. I have had the product for close to 3 weeks now and it works like my older version of Word. Very happy so far. Thanks”

“The technical support was awesome. Even through the chat I felt they cared. They helped me which eased my mind because I am not real tech savvy. They had me restart computer and were still there when I got live again. Thank you James.”

“You are amazing old school purchasing I appreciate at the price may come some infringement but as long as it's not too detrimental I'm cool with it. I can now work at leisure without the modern day constraints. Although I got it at a bargain price just so you know I would had paid £60 for it. One question what is black-bullet-13???”

Hello, I'm very sorry to hear you are having issues with the software you purchased, we have emailed you to clarify the issues you are facing our technicians will try and resolve the issues you are facing (if possible, we do only resell software we don't make it ourselves eg we can help with the install process but not change the software itself) if we can't resolve the issues you are having we will happily cancel the supplied code and offer a full refund, or put you in contact with Microsoft support.
