“I booked an airport transfer but mistakenly indicated the wrong terminal. When the car arrived, it turned out that I was in a different building. Good thing that the driver quickly contacted me and I was able to get to the right place quickly. I will be more careful next time when giving information.”

“When I arrived at the airport, there was no clear indication of exactly where my transfer would be waiting for me. I walked around the terminal several times trying to find a car, but couldn't figure it out. The customer service helped me to contact the driver and I got to the hotel on time. It is important to be precise about the meeting place!”

“I ordered a transfer to the airport, but on the day of departure the queue for check-in was just huge and I was afraid that I wouldn't make the flight. Despite all my worries, I managed to check in and the shuttle picked me up right at the terminal. Thank you for your support and promptness!”

“My driver did not show up at the airport, I reported this to GetTransfer but after an initial “we’re looking into it” email, they didn’t get back to me and ignored all my subsequent emails. I did a chargeback through my bank, and they found in my favour. GetTransfer then reverted the refund I was issued. I got in touch with them to report this, and surprise surprise - they’re ignoring my emails again. They’re not a professional company, they don’t care about their customers. And whoever is in charge of customer service needs to be fired ASAP.”

“I felt I was cheated by get transfer. I was not picked on October 22 at Barcelona cruise terminal. Called the driver who said he has no booking, was rude and banged the phone. From that day I have sent 10 messages to Get transfer and got replied twice saying it’s being investigated. Till today Nov 7 they have not refunded my money and it appears they don’t trust their customers . Even if they don’t it’s a lot of time to investigate. I cannot take another chance on such company”
