“Everything about Giggear is how a music shop should be. Knowledgeable, helpful staff and low-pressure sale techniques. Good range of gear, room to try things out and still space to hear yourself think. I've bought two guitars from Giggear, and more recently a Carlsbro electric drum kit. Tried it in the shop with great advice from Alex. Went away and bought it using the excellent website. All round excellent music shop.”

“My son is having guitar lessons here, and he is really enjoying it. He's never played before and the tutor is very good and patient with him. All of the staff are very friendly and someone is always around to answer any questions or give assistance if required. Would really recommend GigGear.”

“Ordered and purchased a new pa system, one they had not previously stocked or sold. Having expressed interest we had a telephone call to say the company rep was bringing a demo into the store at a certain time, so we attended and got to put the system through its paces and discuss it with the expert. When we ordered it, it arrived within the expected time and we were assisted to remove the outer package for ease of transport, having checked it was all present and working before we left the store. Perfect.”
