“My Teddy Cattleman's hat is beautiful, however, it is not styled like the one in the picture which is why I bought it. So very disappointed with this purchase for this reason.”

“I have quite a few of your hats. I ordered a blue headband to place on my Biege Rancher Hat and when I put it on it stained the hat with the Blue from the headband. I contacted GiGi Pip numerous times to get info on how to clean the hat or what to do for my hat. No response from anyone on line and I also tried leaving a Voice Mesage on one contact number I found. So disappointed considering I bought the Hat and Headband from GiGi. I would think that not only do you sell hats but should help customers if there's a problem with the products. Not good customer Service. OR add some cleaning options on your site.”

“Hands down best hats out there. I think I have close to 6 different ones now. Love the beanies, love the scarfs, ball caps, and structured hats! Nothing compares. Even got the large purse for work and get so many compliments on it! I’m a Gigi pip girl for life”

“I've been so pleased to find Gigi Pip online in the past year. I've worn hats for many years, but haven't enjoyed the quality and variety that Gigi Pip offers in a long time. My favorite is my Cara Loren Pencil Brim in Dusty Pink with the rope band accessory with beads. I plan on adding to my new collection for many years. Thank you, Gigi Pip 💕”

“I been a customer of "GigiPip" for years, I've always been a hat wearer or different kinds of head wearer,came across Gigi Pip just browsing through on line, came across "Hats for Women " I'm one who believes hat makes a statement when you walk into a room don't matter what your are wearing so I tried ordering one,so impress with style and quality and men were stoping me wanting to buy off my head, every sense I been hook like a druggie I sure I have every hat you have made, I dream about your hats I already put in my will who I want to have my hat who will represent them well, Ms. Gigi Pip thank you for following your vision for women, YOU ARE THE "GOAT" Of ladies hat wear!! “I love Gigi Pip hats! My husband bought one for me a year ago and since then I've ordered two more! Being able to order by size is a great help and the variety of brims and crowns is excellent. Packaging is very good. The return policy made it easy to exchange an item. I'm sold on Gigi Pip hats!”
