“I purchased a hat back in December for a Christmas present for my sister. The limited edition cattlemen. Beautiful hat! However, it was damaged in transit. The package arrived crushed and then it looked like a dog got a hold of it and chewed the corner. Not to mentioned it had food greased stain on the top like someone enjoyed their lunch on it. It arrived a total hot mess. The top of hat was buckled in at the very front from the crushing. I must add for the price point of these hats the packaging could be a lot better or perhaps a different carrier. USPS let you down. Im making this review because I emailed hello@gigipip.com with absolutely no response. I even resent it two more times considering the holiday schedule. I also called the number with no luck as well. I was simply looking for someone to make it right as it was too late to return and I had to gift this to my sister damaged. Again, the product itself was beautiful but at the end of the day it arrived damaged.”

“I am a two time purchaser from Gigi Pip, I purchased a lovely brown cowgirl hat, and two caps. I was a little concerned about if the hats would fit, but after watching the video on the site and measuring my head, I felt more confident. The hats arrived beautifully packaged and did not disappoint. The cowgirl hat fit well, looked amazing, and I would definitely purchase another!”

“I love my hat but I have some dislikes. I measured my head and ordered my hat based on your measurements. The fit is not right. It just sits on top of my head instead of setting down comfortably. In the wind, it blows off in a slight wind.”

“I have several gorgeous hats from Gigi Pip and I love each one of them. Just got my new favorite one and could not be happier! The brown is rich in color and so beautiful! These hats are well made and are amazing! You can’t go wrong with any of them. The hat bands are crazy wonderful as well! Love, love, love”
