“I ordered a hat on Jan 21 and it has not arrived despite the fact that I paid for expedited shipping. After a text on Jan 29 that said I would get a new tracking number once the hat shipped, I have received no other infomation about my order. (Today is Feb 4.) This is extremely unsatisfactory.”

“I just love my Melania Trump Frist Lady replica of her inauguration hat (I searched and searched and found one of yours that is similar)! Then I ordered some hat bands from Amazon Prime (I got a dozen or so with different colors and patterns).”

“Receive my hat , wrong size was shipped . Tried emitting twice - no response. Went online , had to speak with AI - no help . Still can’t a refund or exchange for correct size after a week of emails.”

“I LOVE Gigi Pip!! I have the Navy Monroe and get compliments EVERY time I wear it!! It’s so sharp. I even love the customer service Gigi Pip has to offer! I am obsessed with hats but sometimes don’t like how they look on me and they make it so easy to exchange/return which I so appreciate!”

“My husband bought my first hat for my birthday. I’m very excited. I love it. I’ve since bought another Gigi hat. It was secondhand, but it was in perfect condition. I’m absolutely head over heels with both Gigi pip hats. They are so recognizable and loved by so many people I recently hat band a to wear with my either or.”

“I really like the hats. But your shipping method is horrible. It takes almost a month for delivery. I can order from China or the UK and it gets delivered much sooner than that . In addition, I have ordered a dozen or more hats with no perks. Just give an easy discount without having to purchase something to get it.”

“I purchased a hat back in December for a Christmas present for my sister. The limited edition cattlemen. Beautiful hat! However, it was damaged in transit. The package arrived crushed and then it looked like a dog got a hold of it and chewed the corner. Not to mentioned it had food greased stain on the top like someone enjoyed their lunch on it. It arrived a total hot mess. The top of hat was buckled in at the very front from the crushing. I must add for the price point of these hats the packaging could be a lot better or perhaps a different carrier. USPS let you down. Im making this review because I emailed hello@gigipip.com with absolutely no response. I even resent it two more times considering the holiday schedule. I also called the number with no luck as well. I was simply looking for someone to make it right as it was too late to return and I had to gift this to my sister damaged. Again, the product itself was beautiful but at the end of the day it arrived damaged.”
