“Ordered a asrock h97 pro4 motherboard from ginger6. Had a lot of trouble getting one pf these motherboards so I called first to see if they had one in stock, the service was top quality, and delivery was free, Product got delivered the next day. I would recomend this company to anyone :)”

“Very good service. Items were dispatched quickly and arrived exactly when they said they would. I was kept up to date with all the delivery and tracking information and items arrived very well packaged and protected. As well all items were very competitively priced at the best around. I cant recommend ginger6 enough I will be purchasing from here in the future. Excellent service.”

“I was looking for a new computer and tried a number of avenues . I am not very knowledgeable about these matters but decided I wanted a machine with an SSD as my C drive. I could not find a ready made computer with this set up despite all the salesmen I spoke to agreeing that it was by far the best way to go. I therefore started to look at custom built machines. I picked a number of builders, almost at random, and decided on ginger6 in the end. I had a number of questions I needed to ask and made several calls to them and was always happy with their response. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, they helped me to avoid wasting money on expensive items and upgrades that I did not need for my particular modest needs. When I ordered it, they were happy to help, and explained the details of build and despatch and kept to it to the hour. I have had a couple of points I needed to clear up after I received the computer and they were very quick and helpful with their answers. I have no hesitation in saying that I have been very happy with the way Ginger6 have helped to guide me through the, difficult for me, task of buying a new computer.”

“Speedy email responses -- was given helpful advice regarding the chosen specs for my custom PC order, much of which was very good value for money regarding the overall package. The item was assembled and shipped within 5 working days as promised. A little trouble getting it set up at first, but that was just due to an error on my part. Everything runs perfectly and I'm sure it will last me a very long time. Overall, I'm very pleased with Ginger6's service and quality of the delivered product, and I'd definitely recommend them to anybody looking to order a custom PC.”

“The overall customer service I have to say is fantastic. Can't fault that. When first delivered the computer was delivered and wouldn't turn on. Which was sent back and returned fixed. The only other issue was that my hard drive hadn't been installed, so I had to spend 5 hours partitioning and formatting hard drive when I first received the computer. The website could use some minor improvements, such as a recommendation, for the power supply, or cooling supply. I reckon this would benefit those who are less experienced in building computer. This would also save the staff time since they would not have to contact customers in order to recommend upgrades. Besides this, I am happy with the service”

“Site is very simple to navigate and understand. Products are easy to find. The layout of the site was good for both the laptop and iPhone. Service was very good and my fantastic new laptop arrived in two working days as stated. Overall really good experience - would recommend. Plus it was the only site I could find (UK) that was selling the particular MSI model I was looking for.”

“Prompt competent handling of the order and delivery. The case is clean, the cabling is neat, the components work fine together. Windows 8.1 installed easily and I can't find any driver problems, it's all there. I'd buy again from them with no hesitation.”
