I they came to my house the morning of the 4th of May in a beat up box. All in all, customer service is a joke. And handling of my package looked like it was challenging so.. “Love Love your flowers!! They last longer than traditional ones and I don’t have to change the water!! My sister bought me some for our birthday! I love them so much I bought her one for Mother’s Day!!”
“The wrong color roses were delivered and without a note (which was included in the order). Recipient didn't know who had sent the roses until I inquired if she had received them.”

However the note was not included at all. Only instructions. Not even a To: or From.. Except for the shipping label, My BF had to call me and ask if I sent them!
I was very disappointed to hear this because the whole sentiment for the flowers was in my note.
I had to try to recall what I had wrote and say it over the phone...
Certainly not what I pictured the reaction would be when ordering my BF $300 roses!”

“I wish I can give no stars! I ordered the flowers for my daughter for ‘s Mother’s Day, I asked them to deliver on Saturday because they are closed on Sunday, like day before Mother’s Day. They told me they deliver the flower on Wednesday which is very early and ,She did not receive the flowers, Now I’m stuck over $200 with them and no flowers or money back, for next 8 days, till They do their investigation.Very disappointing”

“05/04/21 I received my two orders and one of the orders the flowers were crushed and broken. So glad we had opened both upon delivery - the good arrangement was fragrant and beautifully packaged . I Immediately contacted Glam Fleur CS via email that night and I was shocked that they responded to me so quickly within a few minutes. They had me fill out online a warranty claim and they said they would contact me next day - I followed up with a call in am and the manager Josell was very apologetic and polite. They were happy to replace that arrangement but unfortunately they can’t ship it out before Mother’s Day do to the rush of holiday orders. 05/14/21 UPDATE: What a great company! They turned a disappointing experience into a fabulous outcome. My new replacement Montage arrangement arrived early the next week...absolutely gorgeous, pristine condition, very fragrant and enhanced 2.5 times larger than the original as a heartfelt apology. Wow, that was amazing good faith gesture from the company...you don't see that very often! That made me a loyal GF customer from that very moment. I highly recommend GLAM FLEUR!”
