“I have had my extensions in for less than a month and the quality of the hair is of lower quality compared to other brands. The extensions look like I have had them for over 6 months. The ends are extremely dry and frizzy. I have been getting extensions applied for over two years and I have never had any issues with other brands. I would not recommend.”

“I am extremely disappointed with these hair extensions. While they looked good for the first couple of days, their quality rapidly deteriorated. I never used heat on them, but the ends started breaking off like crazy after just a week. The hair became so frizzy that brushing it was impossible. I highly doubt these extensions are 100% real human hair as claimed. The hair feels dry and looks incredibly fake. Save your money and avoid this product!”

“Your color swatches online are terrible. Not everyone has the time to order hair swatches. The color I received was way off compared to your photos. At least have in depth video online showcasing the colors. Quality of hair has gone down from previous years”

“Ordered a Rose Gold extension tool set but it came bronzed with a purplish hue. Purchased as a non returnable product, but it was never used and it definitely was not advertised correctly. Support was nice but wouldn't make the return, no exceptions. If you want a rose gold set, look elsewhere.”
