“As a hairstylist and longtime customer, I’ve recommended this site to many people. However, my recent experience was frustrating. I reached out multiple times for help with color matching for a client but never received a response. With no guidance, I had to rely on the computerized swatch photos, which turned out to be inaccurate..the color I ordered was too light.
Now, I have to go through the return process and start over. The product images really need to be updated or include more real-life photos to ensure better accuracy. Based on other reviews, I know I’m not the only one who has struggled with this.
That said, the extensions themselves are amazing and durable, which is why I keep coming back. I just hope the exchange process for the correct color goes smoothly.”

“Last Thursday I proceeded to call the store in Soho to see if they had invisible Santa Monica 16 inch tape in extensions available to pick up. I spoke with a guy who told me that yes they were available. I drove in on Saturday it took me over two hours in each direction when I got there she told me that “we do not carry invisible tapes in the store”
That was the first issue. The second issue was the young girl that was working was totally unprofessional and rude. Not what I would call knowledgeable.
I’ve been using glam seamless for a number of years now and I’m very disappointed in the level of Customer Service that I’ve gotten not to mention the time that I took to drive to get them because I needed them for today as I had an appointment with my stylist to put them in.”
“I order extra hair in advance and since the first time over 2 years ago I been obsessed with glam seamless.
This last order was my fourth with you guys and these tape ins this time are not good at all 🥺…they stay feeling like they have a coating on them and they are not styling well at all . I cut some length because sometimes the long hair can need it but still … and it feels dry all the time .

“The color of the hair I purchased was much darker than shown. I questioned whether or not it was the correct shade I ordered. The support staff was good at communicating but the samples they offered to send have still not arrived. I have an event this weekend and now I am scrambling to repurchase and reschedule my appointment. As much as this hair cost you would think that they were better at making sure the colors were consistent to the pictures shown online.”
“I recieved the 2 pack 20inches hair today...I was so disapointed..the hair was soooo thin and would not be enough for anyone to see a difference when I put them on. Not enough hair per strand...an for the price who is going to pay so much more...in order for anyone to see a diffrence i would have to buy about 7 packs to acually see the diffrence....”
“Glam seamless themselves was okay to deal with but I was not a fan of the extensions. I have had the Remy tape in extensions in my hair for only 7 weeks and they have shrunk up completely. They look like what my other brand extensions look like after 6 months of use when it’s time to replace them. I don’t use heat on them often and always have taken care of my extensions and these ones are brittle and shrunken up. Very disappointed. Like I previously said I can usually have extensions in my hair for about 6 months without them needing to be replaced and these ones need to be replaced already after 6 weeks of wear.”
