“Ordered 4 items on 28th July Next day got email saying 1 was no longer in stock, and would proceed with the other 3 items On 9th August I emailed them asking why the other 3 items had not been despatched They had obviously 'lost' the order, as I then got a reply saying another 2 items were now no longer in stock, and they would despatch the remaining item. This was then despatched on the 11th August Very Very poor, as their delays, resulted in 2 of the items I ordered going out of stock”

“I bought programmes for the days I attended (it was pouring with rain on both days so I didn't want to risk buying them and them getting ruined). They came fairly quickly and were cheaper than on the day, which was a bit of a result. My only complaints are that the postage for the two programmes was more than the cost of them together and when I was ordering, all of the programmes showed as 'out of stock' but let me add them to my basket anyway, so I spent a week wondering whether I would or would not receive them.”

“I ordered a programme hoping to browse through it during the games but received it nearly two weeks after they finished.I had to contact you to ask about it otherwise you would not have bothered letting me know. That is why I rate your service VERY POOR”

“The first order we placed had not been processed for some reason, so our second order a week later meant that the choice was limited, also there was no emails to let me know where my order was up to, so was unsure if the second order would arrive or not, so I was relieved to see the package arrive this morning, will need to check that I haven't been charged for the first order I placed.”

“One purchase made two weeks after first purchase arrived after two weeks, first purchase made on 22/7 has not yet arrived, although I have had word that it is in post and I have been given a tracking number. Unfortunately this should be a 13 digit number. I have a 14 digit number and cannot track. I am about to phone tomorrow to try to sort this out !”

“Some products are taking an enormous amount of time for delivery. Some of the products i ordered 2 weeks ago have still not been delivered. The website is easy to navigate and placing an order is very easy. It's a pity the delivery isn't the same.”

“NO INITIAL EMAIL WAS RECEIVED WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED TO CONFIRM THE ORDER. Member of staff said some difficulty with Hotmail so I gave an alternative and a pdf copy was sent to that. After 10 working days I had no further update on the items 'on order' so rang to query. We discussed amendments to the order as one item was no longer available. The person was very polite and helpful and SAID THAT SHE WOULD PUT THE ORDER ON HOLD UNTIL 18TH AUGUST as we were going away. When we arrived home yesterday, August 16th, we find that THERE HAVE BEEN THREE ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER THE PARCEL ALREADY AND THAT THE PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED. There has been NO EMAIL, which the original said there would be, to let us know that delivery was due and tracking details. This has been very disappointing only let down in an otherwise superb Commonwealth Games experience. I trust the parcel is sent back to us at the first opportunity at no extra charge. PLEASE UPDATE ME ON THE SITUATION.”

“Ordered goods 2nd Aug all in stock,,received confirmation email...goods out of stock 4 th Aug all monies removed from my bank..and I awaited delivery...and I waited.. no emails.. 12 Aug I phoned customer services..after a lot of waffling I was informed my goods were not available Why was I not informed? She was catching up with the backlog..its an automated email not brain surgery! I requested that my money be returned and the balance of my goods be sent I received my goods on 15th..they were fine But I bought the identical ( logo and everything) asymmetrical Clyde tee-shirt in St Enochs on sale for half price £5 their original price £10...and this site wanted £14 plus postage,,Unimpressed”
