“I remember the George Square shop with fondness. The staff were excellent; whoever trained them did a fabulous job. It is a pity that it was so brief an experience. The clothing was (and is) of the very best quality. I got tee shirts and rugby tops for myself, and for friends in Manchester who rave about them. The online experience is the same. Well done.”

“Unfortunately had to return one item of clothing due to sizing issue. The 'picture' of the item showed a female wearing the fleece, however, when the item arrived it was clearing a men's size. Obviously I wouldn't have ordered the size I did if I'd thought it was sized for a male. Otherwise no problems. Thank you.”

“purchased items in aug - only rec them last week minus items out of stock that I had only just been informed of by e mail previous week - no docket with items to clarify what I had been charged to ensure I had been correctly refunded for items not despatched -- very POOR service - I had wanted to give these to friends as gifts -- had I received tham timely that would have been fine - but now the Games is OLD NEWS -- really really disappointed with the service - was at the games and enjoied it and that was why I wanted to get some items for friends -- REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED - M.A.THOMSON”

“When I went on-line to order I found the size I wanted was in stock. Only 2 weeks later do I get the following EMail to say my items were not available. “I've made a few purchases over 12-18 months and have been really pleased with the quality of the products and the speed of service. My last order, however, has taken a lot longer (not yet received) and I'm disappointed as I've just been informed that 1 item is no longer available - at the time of order this was not the case. Unfortunately, it will now be difficult to give one of my other items to the intended recipient as her brother can't have his!”

“I thought communication could be improved. e.g., acknowledging my order by email, by letting me know that items I'd ordered were out of stock (to allow me to choose alternatives rather than you losing the business) and to tell me when to expect my order (I have waited almost two weeks now and still not received). This is a wee bit disappointing given the positive way in which the commonwealth games were portrayed and given that I choose to support this well after the event for that very reason.”

“1. Website was very, very slow 2. Website allowed me to order and pay for items that were not in stock and with no prospect of them EVER being back in stock. 3. Different items were shown depending on the route chosen through drop down lists. 4. It was not shown on the top level summary picture for each item, which sizes and colours were available, sometimes there weren't actually any colours/sizes. This wasted alot of my time and caused disappointment when I was email a month after my first attempted purchase, that it was not going to ever be delivered. I subsequently spent ages on the website trying to find another product to order (by now there were even less items actually available). Exactly the same thing happened and I submitted a order and got confirmation, only to be told a week later that again the item was out of stock and would never be delivered.”

“Ordered Sept 1, nothing delivered by 14 working days. Badminton was stated as on order, all other items were in stock. Had to e-mail to find out what was going on. Ryan replied and stated that no Badminton shirts in final shipment. So I changed Badminton for Hockey one and all items arrived within 3 working days.”
