“Very happy with sevice order arrived quicker than expected . We carried the small Clyde around with us as we went to events and about the City, if we had another dozen we could have sold them twice over. We told everyone to go online as that is where we got him.”

“Placed order ten days before the Games. All showing as in stock on the website. When order confirmed, then some items shown to be out of stock. Contacted the shop. They checked and got back to me immediately to let me know everything was available and would be despatched in good time for my attendance at the Games. Very happy with products.”

“Ordered 25cm Clyde in kilt and was somewhat disappointed in the size. It definitely looked bigger in advert. It's fine though and so long as it is a contribution towards the games that's fine Also purchased the letting and glad to know UNICEF are benefiting a small amount from that”

“There is no detail of how goods will be delivered. You cannot contact the courier directly. Despite me advising the glasgow shop that we will be out at work during the day the courier has attempted to deliver the parcel twice and left a card. Unlike royal mail you cannot go and collect it. They will attempt a 3rd delivery then return the goods to the shop. Thats why i have rated this as poor. When will i get my goods???????”

“I visited the shop in George Square, Glasgow to purchase a polo shirt after I had attended the swimming. There was not a shirt in the colour so ordered online when I got home. The ordering was straight forward and my parcel arrived yesterday, less than a week after I placed my order. Thank you for the easy ordering and prompt delivery !!”

“I am afraid the quality is very poor for the price. The stitching is very tatty and the material is very thin. You can tell it's very cheaply made. Very different from the team GB produce made by Adidas. Very unhappy with the way produce has been made so cheaply for such an important event. As for the price well you've made a mug out of me, "haven't you"?. Thanks for that.”
