“I've ordered twice online and both times I've had to have phone conversations re my orders. The second time I ordered money was taken from my account but no goods were received. On phoning about this I was told they were holding all of my items until the souvenir Clyde was back in stock in December. Now while I knew Clyde was not going to be in stock until December I was really peeved to find out that I'd paid for goods in August but not getting any of them until December. I've not dealt with any company that's done that before. Especially as everything else was in stock. After my phone call I received everything but Clyde....in my opinion the way it should have been in the first place.”

“I bought my nephew a hoodie And when he tried it on both of the tiers fell off which is annoying but more importantly - since he is only 3 - it is dangerous as he could eat and choke on these tiers very disappointed”

“Good quality products ( mugs, whisky glass and whisky and t-shirt) very well packaged. Mugs were given to US newlyweds as a wedding present, which they loved!”

“The service in the Shop in Glasgow was excellent, very helpful and efficient. However, the tee-shirt that I bought for my husband didn't fit him so I went on-line. Very disappointed not to be able to use my £5 off voucher and then to find out the half-price sale started a day later!”

“One disappointed grand-daughter, order confirmed but no information that it would not be fulfilled until I contacted them 10 days later despite them debiting my credit card immediately. I could have got items when I was in Glasgow if I had known. Item that was sent was delivered to wrong house.”

“I was a bit disappointed that well after the time that goods were to be delivered that a team Scotland T-shirt that was on order hadn't arrived. I am here from Australia and had to phone up about why I hadn't received my order. The T-shirt was now out of stock. My money was immediately reimbursed an I received another item on my order soon after but I would have liked to be informed prior to my phone call because I had visited George Square when there were items still available.”

“Took far too long to arrive then when it did we were on holiday and the Courier put it in the recycling bin which was duly emptied so in the process of trying to obtain a refund!!”
