“Do not know what size your manufacturers are working to,XL is usually more than good enough from any shop,the XL I have is barely bigger that a Large,nowhere near,going to the Opening Ceremony with SSE,but will not be able to wear T shirt,ver disappointed,never mind”

“The cost of postage for one T-shirt was very expensive and took one week to be delivered. Quality of garment ok but expensive. Items for Olympic games cheaper and quicker.”

“Ordered 4 items all shown as being in stock when ordered and paid for. However, was contacted by shop to say 1 item not in stock, so end result 1 dissapointed child! No incentive to come back and re-order when you can't trust the info shown on the web site. Delivery of other items was ok, nothing special.”

“I am coming from Australia and have arranged for it to be delivered to my cousin whom I am visiting in a few weeks time and I found it difficult trying to convey this on your website. I had to put her name in the company section in case she had to go and collect it from the post office. It would have helped if there had been a "special instructions" box, which we have in Australia where you could put this type of information.”

“After a delay in dispatch, due to shortage of the size ordered, after a query reminder was sent, the response was immediate. into the bargain a slight change of order to a smaller size (my request) was organised speedily.”

“I've very disappointed with this service. I ordered the laces on Friday 4th July, they were only shipped on Monday 14th July, and only delivered on Friday 18th. My son needs them for his football boots and has been asking virtually every day when they will arrive. I won't be recommending them to anyone else.”

“Purchased 3 polo shirts, no problems with delivery but the shirts themselves are not particularly good quality with the stictching on the collars very poor. Very surprised that the Games Organisers didnt use a more established brand name such as Nike or Adidas for their products”

“Your online sales service is appalling. When I registered with the online shop, I provided all of the requested contact details. The online shopping web site does not provide customer access in order to check that the registered details are correct. When submitting my order I received no email confirmation that the order had been placed. The online shopping web site indicates that orders will normally be dispatched within 24hours after the order is placed. The online shopping web site does not provide customer access to check the status of an order placed. Two times I had to call a sales support phone number to check the status of my order which then took 14 days to be delivered. An unhappy customer.”

“I did not revive a conformation email. But the money was taken from my bank account. I said i would leave it a week before phoning the shop however, my food arrived safely.”

“took best part of 9 dys from order to delivery - we were buying it as gift for someone who was leaving us - such a shame that I had to phone up to find out what was happening - turns out there was a supply issue so instead of exploring the options with me immediately - all i got was silence until I chased my delivery”
