“I have been very disappointed with the service provided. I placed an order on 26th July, the courier attempted to deliver this on 31jul, but as I was not in they left a card only indicating that they could not deliver because a signature was required, however would attempt to deliver the next day, although this was not suitable for me there was no number or contact details for the courier company available, either on the card provided or on the internet. I emailed the help desk to ask for courier contact details twice but received no reply. I left a note for the courier on 01aug asking them to leave the parcel with a neighbour, however they failed to turn up at all. The parcel eventually was deliver late afternoon on Saturday, however there was further disappointment when I discovered that the main item was the wrong colour. I attempted to return the item to ghesu”

“Exelent service. I ordered a number of items, one of which was out of stock. However the full order including the out of stock item arrived within 6 days. I also found the emails which I received helpful, particularly the one allowing me to track my parcel once I had been informed that the items had been sent.”

“Don't be fooled by Kukri's size chart. The XL T shirts and the polo shirt were too small but when I enquired about an exchange, I was told that they did not have a larger size and that I couldn't have a refund as I had taken the tags off before trying them on. Very disappointed with the service.”

“My order took 9 days to be delivered, and 1 item was marked as Large but was in fact sizes as a small. I now have the joy of returning it and getting a replacement. Not at all impressed.”

“One item arrived broken and hence unusable. This may well be the fault of the delivery company as opposed to Glasgow 2014 itself, however after emailing them seeking help as instructed to do in the case of a return, I have yet to receive any reply after 4 days. I understand that they will be busy, however an acknowledgement of the problem would be helpful.”
