“Failed to deliver to own stated timescales 'If all your ordered items are shown as 'In Stock' then you can expect dispatch within 5 working days, Failed to advise me of the delays. Only updated me on delayed delivery AFTER I emailed them to question it. Poor service. Poor Customer Service in not apologising for the delay/me having to contact them to find out what was going on.”

“Items were in stock when ordered online waited 14 days to be told only 2 out of the 5 items that I ordered were available ! Really disappointed”

“The actual purchase online was quick and easy but the delivery time was unacceptable. Delivery time was quoted as within 5 working days but 10 days later it hadn't even been despatched. I called to find out where my order was and was told they were very busy and had a backlog. In this case I would have expected some sort of notification to advise of the delay.”

“After ordering items via the online store i had to contact the company dealing with my order, after several emails and a month of waiting i was informed that part of my order was cancelled and my money would be refunded, this is yet to happen over 5 weeks after initial order. Sorry guys this gets a thumbs down from me due to lack of customer care.”

“When I first made my order and logged out of what I think was my Glasgow 2014 Shop account, I was told I would be sent and email, but it went to my junk mail folder, so I did not see it at first. I tried to log back in to this account to checked I had typed in my email address correctly but could not find how to do so, which I though was very strange. This is why I had to email for help but the reply was very helpful, sending me a copy of my order confirmation as well as how long to expect the delivery to take. However, it took longer than expected - over two weeks (11 working days) so I was away on holiday by the time it came. The actual product I ordered (a t-shirt) seems good quality and it had a great discount!”

“Very late in confirming and sending the order over a month after. Due to this too, by the time the order was sent, 2 out of 3 of the items were sold out. Not very happy with the service, though did receive a prompt refund.”

“Difficult review to write as I have had a mixed experience. Lets go through the process : 1. Ordering. The website is not great. At first I thought that most items were sold out as they showed 'Out of stock'. I was getting quite frustrated until I realised that this only meant the default size shown and that other sizes were available. Some improvement due here. Wonder how many sales may have been lost ? Once sorted the order was taken and paid for simply. 2. Order preparation. As soon as I completed the order 2 of the 4 items suddenly changed to 'Awaiting Stock' (when they had shown 'In Stock'). This delayed the dispatch. Then it all went quiet. Emails to the customer support team were responded too quickly whihc was great. However I had to hassle for updates as none were automatic and found that they had a huge backlog for dispatch. Money had been taken way before the dispatch date. Once dispatehced the process was quick - online tracking and delivered quickly. Products were well packaged. 3. The Products. Mixed here. I ordered 2XL for all items. All are different sizes (despite the size chart stating the size). One product is nothig like the picture on the website (wouldn't have bought it if I had known !!). The hoodie is great (if a little large) and the other t-shirts as expected (although the decals bit more shiny / blingy) than expected. Reasonably priced sale items and the quality is ok. So overall I have given a 'Good' - could have been 'Average' but wouldn't have taken much to be 'Very good'. Hope this helps !”

“Not impressed with the service. They took the money for my order and only when I chased, a month later, did they say one item, in a series, was unavailable and finally sent rest of the order. Very poor communication.”

“I placed my order on the 15th August 2014 and had to email to find out the current status of the order at the beginning of September 2014. As an item was out of stock then the order was not processed and probably would be the same way if I had not contacted.”

“At first I thought that this was a joke as it arrived, 7th September, just three days from the 4th September, when you delivered TWO of the THREE items that I paid for on August 4th. I am rating as poor and not very poor rating as you reacted very swiftly in sending out those TWO items, however, only after receiving my E_Mail of complaint. It would have been a normal or good rating had you sent all three items. I am still awaiting the third item. Thank you. Stephen”

“I suppose that, if my internet order had been processed in good time, the items I had ordered would not have been sold out. I suspect a large amount of profit can be made by holding onto customers' money for a long time before acknowledging that an order cannot be met and issuing a refund.”

“Ordered items & received an E-mail advising delivery within 5 working days if all items in stock and 10-15 working days if any item was on order. No E-mail update or merchandise received so I sent an E-mail after 20 working days. I got a response within 1 working day advising that due to an item being on order this had delayed the dispatch of everything else I had ordered. The item on order could not be provided as it was out of stock and could not be re-ordered as the Commonwealth Games had now ended. The item was to be cancelled from my order and a refund made to me. The order would then be dispatched soon. I received a further E-mail advising my order was on it's way & I would receive the order within 2 working days. The order was received the following day & we were very pleased with what we had ordered!”
