“Glasses are good quality however they arrived on Monday when they should have arrived Saturday. I did get a partial refund without asking for it though which is excellent customer service.”

“I ordered glasses needing them v quickly because I accidentally broke mine. Your service seemed to be exactly what I needed. The glasses were ordered and delivered in 24hrs - impressive. Unfortunately I have a different prescription for each eye and you'd got the lenses the wrong way round. I couldn't use the glasses at all. When I called and confirmed that I'd given my prescription correctly I was told that it would take two days to return the glasses and then another day to prepare them again and get them back to me. I went to a high street optician who repaired my old glasses with new lenses the same day. I'll be getting a refund from you. A mistake is a mistake but you should've said "replacement will be with you in 24hrs". Friendly service on the phone though.”

“Literally no faults and a great service. I live in Cornwall and things take time to get delivered, usually. Not with GlassesNow. Ordered Thursday lunchtime with uploaded prescription. Delivered Friday as promised. Great customer service swiftly answered my query. Price good. A perfect experience!”
