Went to wrong location initially as received no update about where the course was. The slides were incorrect, venue was sub par as were refreshments. Still haven't received my Prometric voucher for the test.

The course was expertly delivered by friendly and helpful people in a nice establishment. Even the tea and coffee facilities were excellent. One could not ask for better.

Good Training Course. Some issues with Labs not being fully tested and amendments provided so did not work fully, on the plus side gave us a chance to practice troubleshooting skills

Trainer, Allen, was ruining all training in very interesting way. He explained way more then the scope of curriculum, being focused on very individual needs of participants. I would recommend him and this course to everyone.

Excellent concise teaching. Perhaps a little too much weight placed on self-study and additional reading but overall very good.

I am just giving normal because the DB image server was corrupted so we were not able to do some Lab's, and the training documentation was out of date. The Softlayer portal add been updated since they review the training documentation.

I attended a GK course on the 27th April 2016. This was the 'Selling Business Outcomes' Cisco course. This was a comprehensive course that would benefit sales professionals or sales engineers who need to sell Cisco - related products and services.

It was a very good experience... I could not attend the session in person (due to health issues) so asked for virtual session, everything for sorted for me in 2couple of days.. picture and sound quality was good... there are loads of option on the console.. and above all the trainer (Adam) was very good as well. The inly issue, I will call put for would be the extra £15 for taking exam at home (because of which I had to travel all the way to London). However, one of my colleague did everything from home and he was not asked for extra money or PO to be raised... may be something to think about... but overall a great experience. Thx: Rav

The "VMware 6.0 What's new" was a good course, but unfortunately we are on VSphere 5.0 Enterprise currently and the main discussion assumes that the users are on VSphere 5.5 and using the Enterprise Plus features of 5.5. It still gave me a good idea. I possibly should have gone for the 5 day install and configure. The disappointing thing was that no course notes were provided. Course notes are online. I like to make notes in the books within the chapters as we go along not a separate piece of paper. As there were only 5 people on the course the classroom had about 15-20 seats. So all students were spread around and unfortunately I needed to be close to front.

The tutor Les was very friendly and did his best to make the topic (ITIL foundation) accessible. The only thing that surprised me what the exam was paper based.

The ScrumMaster training was well-run, informative and useful. The instructor's experience was definitely a value-add to the course. Interaction among participants was key to understanding Scrum from all angles. Points of improvement would be to improve pacing and to provide more feedback on the tasks in the workshop. The first day went a lot slower then the second - perhaps this could be distributed better to load both days more equally? And feedback on the 'Sprints' in the workshop could be more objective and detailed. Overall it was a good workshop and I would recommend it to colleagues.
