Horrible communication, horrible customer service - I ordered 2 arm chairs from Italy - GLS made one attempt with no notice and kept me waiting 3 days (for a second delivery attempt) with a delivery time of 8am-6pm. Each of those days they told me late in the afternoon each of those days that the driver was sick (only one driver at GLS?) and then finally lied about making a second delivery attempt. They have now sent my chairs back to Italy! My husband had another bad experience with GLS delivering a vacuum cleaner which never arrived. 100% unprofessional and undependable. A rogue delivery service.

I’m expecting a package March 3 because gos sent me and email that they will deliver but nothing came…. I called customer service and the said unable to deliver because we need a security code for your community….: no brainer driver don’t even think to call me to ask the code…. Anyway customer service magic word “I apologize” your package will be scheduled tomorrow between 8;00-12:00…so I waited March 4 and no delivery again so I called customer service again and magic word I apologize your package rescheduled for March 7 the zip code is wrong…. It’s not true this gas staff no remorse at all they got lies of excuses…. So I called the shipper… NEVER gls again and they don’t deliver weekends. Unsatisfied customer.

Got a notification that GLS were delivering between the 26th and the 8th of Feb and I thought I'd check the reviews. Looks like a right sh*t show. However it's the 26th, package arrived just after noon. Sorry guys, I understand your frustrations but I have to give 5 stars. And no I don't work for them, and yes if or when they lose a package I'll be here slating them with you.

DO NOT USE GLS LOGISTICS!!! Hopefully this review would prevent another person from living through this nightmare. I had the worst customer experience and would not ever again do business with this joke of a logistics company! GLS LOST a parcel with all Christmas presents for my family and loved ones and kept consistently lying that it was outbound on the way to the final destination for over a month. It finally turned out that it had been lost and no satisfactory search was conducted to find it. What is even more devastating is that while this scam lasted we lost family members who are no longer among us to receive their Christmas present. There are things which cannot be compensated with a lost parcel claim..

This company is truly inept. Ordered a Dyson vacuum on 12/12/21 as a Christmas gift. Projected arrival 12/21. When didn't come I checked GLS tracking. Tracking indicated the package arrived on 12/15 in my hometown. Tracking indicated that item was scheduled and rescheduled for delivery daily. Called them on 12/24 and they told me it was to go out that day. They called me shortly afterwards to tell me they lost the package. Called Dyson multiple times and today they tell me package was delivered on 12/28. That never happened. Was home all day every day. GLS has phony tracking data. Never delivered the package. Truly an inept 3rd rate carrier. Dyson sucks for using them. GLS sucks for being terrible at what they claim to be in business for.

Das schlechteste Lieferung Service. Trauen Sie sich nicht einmal, etwas zu bestellen. Sie haben nicht eine Matratze für 15 Tage bringen und sie gab es ein paketshop am Ende. Schrecklich.

My package has been delayed. It's actually been sitting in one location since last week. I order it online so I don't have to purchase from the store. I ran out. So now I've had to go buy what I ordered.

I have read the reviews here, and at least some actually received their package. My 2 lb package has been rescheduled 6 times now. If you need a new miserable experience, use these guys.

If there were no stars or negative stars, I would give them that! This is the worst company and I am not even sure how they stay in business! When they were GSO they were GREAT! After they were bought out by GLS, they TANKED!! Never show up when they are scheduled, loose packages not to mention when you have to talk to someone right away, you stay on hold for ever!! I am currently on hold with them and it has been 1.5 hours! Yesterday I was on hold 3 hours (HONESTLY)!! Not acceptable and am moving companies immediately!!!! Do yourself a favor, steer clear of GLS!

I have no idea what is going on this world. Customer Service is at an all time low. No one cares and using Covid-19 as an excuse is OLD. I have been calling GLS since 9/10/21. Left my name and number and NO Call back. I have been hold now for 45 minutes and NO ONE HAS PICKED UP! Their website states enter zip code to see delivery time and my son's birthday gift was suppose to be delivered. Since the gift requires 21 over signature my son sat home all day Friday. No alert, email of delay or someone to talk to. I PRAY THIS COMPANY IS PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! Anyone who runs their business in this manner should lose its Privileges. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE if you read my review AT LEAST READ DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Notified delivery wich they didnt after the event ,I called at there outlet to collect without looking at monitor told it had been sent to a supermarket, very disatisfied

What can I say ... The most b.astard company is GLS.You are the liars and the ugliest couriers you have.Every time,EVERY time your couriers do not bring the parcel on the specified date.Instead, EVERY time your courier puts the status - not at home. I had a delivery scheduled for Monday July 5th, I WAS HOME THE WHOLE DAY, ME AND MY WIFE!!! YOUR COURIER PUTS THE STATUS THAT NO ONE IS HOME!!!!!!!!! JULY 6 RE-DELIVERY, I WAS HOME ALL DAY AGAIN - NO ONE BROUGHT ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND TODAY THE STATUS - DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT GET ANYTHING!!!! DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR HEAD???? OR YOUR FU***G COURIERS????? I PAYED FOR THIS WASTE DELIVERY, HOW THE HELL DO I HAVE TO LOOK FOR 2 DAYS AT HOME???? HOW THE HELL HAVE I A DELIVERED STATUS????

It has been more than 2 weeks, the status of my parcel remains "The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." But on the other hand, the status of my parcel where I ordered updated to "arrived at local facility". When I called the service, they were even yelling at me "I tell you the parcel does not arrive, it does not arrive!" Without me even finishing my question, she hang up on me. For god's sake! Why they are not out of business?! I'm surprised how on earth they compete with other competitors in the market?! Just to be clear the phone call was made on 24th June 2021 around 17h. The lady yelled at me on the phone is a French speaker! Is this the correct attitude to help clients?! Given how poor their delivery service has already been, they cannot even do their main business right! How could I even expect a reasonable custom service? Horrible, horrible, horrible! Only a nightmare!!!

Been waiting two weeks for a wiper blade, still not received . Will never use this service again. Should have read the 89% 1 star reviews first. Hope this makes it 90% you deserve it

They keep forgetting to take my package from the depot. So a package worth hundreds of euros is stuck. They refuse to deliver it later the same day. Just keep promising to do deliver tomorrow. Have been waiting since Monday.

Don't waste your time and money for this company. 100% it is the WORST company EVER. They lost my very important parcel and they don't even try to care about it. The company is full of useless dump people who is not responsible and are not able to do their job properly. My bad that I did not read the reviews before I've placed my order. There is not even one good thing that I could tell about this company. It took them A MONTH to pick up the parcel. After 6 attempts arriving on time they finally did pick it up and then they lost the parcel. People who are answering the phone are not able to find the parcel using three tracking codes that I was given. No emails answered.. STUPID STUPID STUPID COMPANY!

Liars, liars, liars. They will say there was nobody home EVERY DAMN TIME, but they don't even try. You have to go and collect your delivery yourself. If you don't want to deliver, just say it. Stating that "the consignee was absent", when it's clearly not true, is simply pathetic. I wonder how is it ethically possible that those people are still in business.

Waiting two items 3 months still not delivered one saying delivered but it wasn't delivered may be delivered to wrong address or lost and other possibly lost no updates since 27/1/2021. I send it email to gls few weeks ago asked where is my items but I received no answer from them. Worse delivery company should be 0 star for them.

Waste of time, parcel is lost and they said they delivered it, driver don't know where he dropped it, never again wil I use this company
