“Don't expect a full refund for faulty products
After several emails and numerous images taken in different ways to appease customer services, Glyteywear kindly agreed that I could return a faulty bikini bottom for a refund (bikini bottoms are not usually refundable).
As I had purchased the matching top, I returned this too as there’s no sense in keeping half a bikini. However I was only partially refunded; 83% of the cost of goods returned to be precise. Reason cited: I used a voucher. No mention made of the other items on the invoice that weren't retuned...
This was my first purchase and based on the despicable customer service experience, this will be my last…”
“Paid for 48 hour postage and took 168 hours to come, complained but not offer of even postage refund, may seem small but things like this make me never buy from again and I won’t.”
“Would’ve given 0 stars if I could’ve. Very unsatisfied with the service I received at Gluteywear and will advise anyone against using this company. I returned my goods within 14 days of purchase as required only to be told that I cannot have a refund as it is a sale item and I would have to pay an additional £5 to have an item that doesn’t fit sent back to me. Gluteywear refused to cooperate and have stolen £18 from me. If you are going to purchase from Gluteywear then read all the small print about sale items and consider the lengthy and expensive returns process and unhelpful customer service.”
we are sorry to hear this, we appreciate your feedback to improve further with our customer experience and are currently looking into a far more effective returns process
“I ordered an item that was on sale and it turned out to be too small. I asked to exchange the item and was told Gluteywear doesn't do exchanges, only returns. Any desired exchange can be returned, refunded, and then ordered again in the customer's preferred size. This however does NOT apply to sale items, and mine was on sale. This is not legal. UK Customers ordering items online, by mail, and/or telephone have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. The customer must be offered a refund if they’ve said within 14 days of receiving the goods that they want to cancel. The customer then has another 14 days to return the goods. Sales are not exempt from consumer law. Despite this, Gluteywear customer service would not refund my item and I had to get my credit card involved to resolve the issue.”
“Very disappointed with my last order and the customer service I received.
One item was faulty on opening and the other two items were completely out on the sizing.
I contacted Gluteywear straight away about the faulty item. They responded that I had must have made the damage as it was checked before sending and they refused to give me a full refund.
I was left out of pocket with no items! Will not use the company again.”
“An extremely disappointing experience in July 2019. Exchange and refund service was dreadful!! My emails were repeatedly ignored and when I eventually got through, Trying to get an address to send back to was a complete nightmare. I started off wanting to exchange but got so fed up of waiting I asked for a refund.. I am still waiting for that refund a YEAR later!!!!! AVOID!!!!!”
“I bought a pair of leggings on sale, and when they arrived they didn’t fit. I returned them and asked for another size. I was told the other size is not available and I cannot have a refund. They now have the leggings and my money. Will not buy from them ever again.”
“I ordered two throngs in the same colour but when they arrived they were completely different. Customer service attitude was they weren’t sold as a set so not our problem. I returned the items and they didn’t refund either of the postage charges. Will never recommend or use this company again. I advise others to buy elsewhere.”
