“Sent an email within 3days of delivery complaining of difficulty in disassembling the cleaner when required. After 4days NOreply,so I telephoned and spoke with a young man who informed me my experience was not out of the ordinary!! I am still having trouble and am awaiting a visit from Bosch Engineer to inspect. After sales service leaves a lot to be desired!!”

“I was a bit unsure as I'd not heard of the company but decided to give them a go. Competitive prices and free delivery combined with a very speedy delivery is a service i believe would be hard to beat. I was kept informed as my order progressed until it was safely delivered in record time. Vacuum is currently charging so look forward to trying it out tomorrow.”

“Easy to order and delivery was quick. Product arrived in good condition and well packaged The Dyson V6 Trigger Pro is a powerful handheld hoover. I find it excellent for cleaning up quickly in small areas. I know it is only 20mins usage but I find it sufficient for my purpose. I would definitely recommend it”

“Bought two Sonos Play 1 speakers to add to my Sonos system. Very good service, only let down by DPD who decided I wasn't in on their first attempt to deliver - I think the card was already written and that they didn't bother to knock on door, time on card was a couple of minutes later than the text I received to tell me I wasn't in. On the redelivery next day he assured me he tried to deliver to a neighbour who refused it? Sorry we all take items in for neighbours round here, don't believe it.”

“It is easy to use. It is very light, making it easy to carry from room to room, and to manoeuvre round furniture. However, it is difficult to take apart for other uses being very stiff and not user friendly for arthritic hands. Also, I was disappointed at the presentation of the user instructions, which could have been clearer and more obvious.”
