Loader was 4 hours late and I had a hard time reaching anyone with questions regarding my pickup. However, the loader had great communication and it was a smooth process once he arrived.

Only one person arrived in a pickup truck one day late from scheduled pickup. This pickup truck BARELY held my items. Also, since only one person came out, I had to personally assist the driver in loading the truck. It was NOT a one-man loadup. I believe the scheduler underestimated this pickup in both size and weight. Not exactly what I was expecting, especially for the price paid.

Good morning The two gentlemen that came here were great. Very nice and professional. They did arrive beyond the window that was given to me, so that resulted in a wasted morning for me. I did call into the office at 11:00 that day to find out if they would be here on time because I had to go to work. The woman I spoke to said she would call me back and she never did.

Apparently there was some miscommunication between the mattress company and your company. We paid $200 to have our old mattress and box springs removed( which you did), and also to take the new mattress and foundation upstairs and put together. The woman in charge said this was not mentioned to her which I believe to be true. She and her helper had no tools to put the foundation together, nor did they know how. We will be asking the mattress company for a refund for the service since it was not completed to our satisfaction. I have no real complaint with the two who removed the old mattress.

Supposed to be there between 4&8. Called at 7:25 to say they were on the way but at 8:00 they were still 45 minutes away. This was to pick up a defective mattress from Costco, not my junk.

I had never heard of such a company but was in need of getting a queen bedroom set removed from my son apt in Baltimore I arranged everything prior to flying out from Miami,got the confirmation that the hauler would notify me 30 minutes before well we were in a hotel and upon seeing the email the morning of the pickup I panic because the time was near and the hauler never called we just happened to put the bed on the porch the night before I thought this was poor communication on the hauler,I would have been terribly upset if we had missed the pick up if the bed was still inside and I came over 1000miles to help facilitate I think my rate should have been adjusted,and these type of haulers shouldn't be utilized This is the reason for the low rating

The workers were professional. The only thing is they were not prepared with tools to remove the legs from the couch. Also they were not able to lift the sofa and had to drag it.

That was NOT supposed to be a junk removal, it was to be a return for credit to Costco. If it was not a return to costco, please notify me as I want a refund from somebody!

The guys who came over said they could not take my basketball hoop, pole, and base. The order just said basketball hoop. I had to give them$60 to take everything. This confusion needs to be resolved. I didn’t like this haggling.

The men were very nice but unfortunately did not have the proper tools to take equipment apart as I had indicated well beforehand. They proceeded to take my elliptical down a small staircase and the handles damaged the ceiling of the staircase could have gone out the back door and did not. I wasn’t very happy. They did what they could but needed proper tools. Am awaiting damage repair and payment

The communication between Cariloha and LoadUp was terrible. We were told by Cariloha that someone would be out to assemble our new bed and adjustable frame. Every phone call and text we got from LoadUp said that they were coming to pick up a mattress and said nothing about assembly.

Had to contact when 4 hour window was nearly up. Had e-mail claiming crew was at my house. Otherwise, crew was in and out despite not having a vehicle that really could handle an 88 inch couch. Website not clear and I had to pay an extra $40 because my couch was a recliner.

Well, the first pickup was scheduled, no call, no anything, hung around all day for nothing! Then when rescheduled, came last part of the day, when suppose to get here earlier.
