“My mattress and box springs were to be picked up between 12:00 and 4:00 PM Eastern. They arrived at 5:48 PM, which was a problem for me. I had scheduled for someone to come and set up my new bedroom set at 4:15. As your team arrived so late, the company that was setting up my new bedroom set had to move the mattress and box springs to my living room. I contacted the company when they didn't arrive at 4:00 PM and no one ever responded to me as promised. So, to all out there, if you expect this company to arrive when they promised they would, you will be very disappointed. I feel I should get a refund as I had to have someone else do part of their job. Don't call them.”

“Terrible experience, a hassle to deal with. Were hired to assemble a bed. First, they dispatched workers to the wrong address (billing instead of shipping) in another state. When the workers arrived, they had the wrong work order and had to spend 30 minutes sorting that out. Finally, the bed was assembled with significant gaps in the frame. Totally amateur work.”

“All I can say is Awesome. They kept in contact from the time I hired them online until the time they showed up…even followed up after. The process is very streamlined. Not only did they show up on time…but they completed the job within 45 minutes. I will definitely hire again in the future.”

“We were exceptionally happy with the service. Both gentlemen were efficient, professional and skilled with their labor. No walls were even touch in the transporting of the mattress. Lenard did a very nice job of directing the effort handling a number of split level steps coupled with sharp turns in the hallway. I would highly recommend your service to others on the basis of this experience!”

“LoadUp was easy to schedule around my schedule, they showed up when they said they were going to, sent a text they were on the way with the expectation of timing for arrival, quickly removed my old mattress and set up my new one. Would recommend making it easier on yourself by using this service!”
