“LoadUp was wonderful from the easy online signup through the numerous updates to the great pair of loaders! The pre-payment request is a good policy, but it started me enough to search out reviews before clicking "pay". Thank you! My albatrosses are gone now.”

“So easy to schedule and the service was exceptional. it was also the best price. The morning of the pick-up, i received a call providing one hour time frame, as well as updates about the arrival. Professional, courteous, and quick! Without hesitation, I would use the service again.”

“The gentleman who showed up to assemble my king size Ghostbed and base(s) was very nice, hardworking and had a natural aptitude for assembly. However, when I have paid for white glove service from other companies, the workers were associated with the company. This gentleman was in no way connected to Ghostbed. In fact, in the end, he told me this is the first time he has ever assembled an adjustable bed frame. I could have never put this together by myself because it was very heavy, but I am definitely upset that I paid $275 for “white glove” service as advertised and the person had no experience with Ghostbed or it’s products. Again, this negative review does not reflect on the gentleman who provided the service, but is directly applicable to Ghostbed and LoadUp for misleading advertising and high price charged for this service.”

“Didn't receive a 'on the way' message until I got a text asking how the completed job was and I had to call in saying the job wasn't complete. Was notified they'd be an hour past the expected window. The hauler was very nice but just one person for a large mattress, which made the job a lot more difficult than it had to be.”
