“My team was amazing! Breno and his partner were fast, professional, organized and easy to work with! It went very smoothly. And they took a ton of heavy bulky furniture. 4 couches, king bed, chaise,2 twin beds, king mattress and lots more! I would use them again.”

“The communication with this company & its contracted drivers was abysmal. I made this reservation in March. It is now the end of July. The driver didn’t know he was picking up from me until I called him & he also was not informed he was picking up 3 mattresses & didn’t have the proper equipment. I also paid a lot of money to have these mattresses removed & donated. There was no confirmation that they were donated! I cannot recommend this company.”

“I requested a pick-up with LoadUp by phone yesterday with John Ray, and paid by phone. He was very helpful, and scheduled a pick-up for me for today. John and his assistant arrived and picked up my furniture this afternoon and were both very nice and helpful. John was very careful with the way he loaded the trailer. Hopefully it will be donated to family who can use it. I highly recommend LoadUp and I would definitely recommend John!”

“This was my first experience with LoadUp and it was definitely 5 stars. I received a confirmation text at the beginning of the day of service with the name of the loader. I texted him to let him know I was home and he immediately texted back with an ETA. About 30 minutes prior to arrival I received a text letting know he was en route. Kevin was right on time and efficiently and professionally completed the job. He has excellent customer service skills. Extremely happy with the service and results.”
