“I never take the time to leave reviews, but this was such a hassle, I feel a civic duty to warn others. The time windows and dates they give are a total joke. It cost $120 to get them to come and take a queen size mattress and involved waiting around for two full days at home, and at the end of the second day, they wanted to postpone to another day yet again.”

“LoadUp was scheduled to pickup & remove an old mattress between 8am-12pm this morning. I checked the status online at 7:30am just to make sure everything was on track and they had updated the estimated pickup time to 11am-12pm! I was relieved that I wouldn’t be trapped at home for half of the day and could take my dogs out for a long, relaxing walk. LoadUp called me around 10:30 to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived at 11:15am! 2 very nice men hauled away my old mattress. It didn’t take more than 10 minutes to do it either. So, to make a long story short, LoadUp said they would pickup & haul away an old mattress, they arrived on time, and they did a really good job!!! Oh yeah, the price was very reasonable too!”

“Excellent. I highly recommend the Load it Up service. The two young men, led by Kaden, arrived on time with a friendly and courteous manner. They were careful and got everything I contracted into the truck, transported to my destination without delay, and moved it all into my new residence. The fees were reasonable. I'm very pleased.”

“I'd like to rate this interaction "Very Good", but it wasn't quite there. I got my on the way notice (via e-mail) about 30 minutes before the team's arrival. Leroy called me me one minute before noon (which was the end of the window). I removed an outside door to make removal of items easier. The team worked quickly, and efficiently, taking about 45-50 min to remove three appliances and load them on their truck. They had to do some refrigerator disassembly to remove it, though there was still some minor scraping of paint off the door frame. The team was polite and focused. They left without giving me a chance to tip. The only downside of the event would have been if I needed the operation to be complete by noon. Guess I should have read the fine print. I did try the "talk to your driver number" It connected me to LoadUp central, which after slogging through the menus told me to look up my drivers arrival on line. (I had already done that, all the web site said was "driver on the way"). Shorty after my second attempt, I heard from Leroy. I would probably use LoadUp again, understanding better how it works.”
