“Very quick and convenient!”

“The movers showed up on time, did a fantastic job of moving my couch, loveseat and recliner out of my house. They offered to try to find an organization that they can be donated to. I would use them again in the future! The reservation system was a little iffy, my credit card company sent me a potential scam notification about the charge and offered to decline the charge. I had to re-submit my credit card information over the phone, which I was very hesitant to do. I'm hoping I don't get double charged for this service.”

“Great team communication beforehand, individual tearing down and removing a bed I was replacing was polite, clean and efficient. I was assured that because it was of good quality, it would be saved and not sent to landfill. I recommend LoadUp's service.”

“Not only quick and efficient, the price beat everyone else's quote. Jonathan showed up on the time he mentioned, was able to beat my expectations on being able to load up everything and did it all with a smile and a fantastic attitude. Would highly recommend him for anyone else needing items hauled away!!”

“I am a repeat customer with Load Up so this is just a Devil In the Details warning. I called for another pickup of old electronics yesterday. In less than 14 hours, my buddies earmarked some of that stock as stuff they would like to take so that problem was happily solved. The sad part, when I called back to cancel my pickup, Load Up charged me 20%... for nothing. Stating that the only full refund they provide is if you call back within 15 minutes of placing the order. WTH Load Up? I have a third order with them mid February, this one may be my last as I strongly object to any company refusing to provide a reasonable refund policy esp in under 24 hours from when I placed the order and six full days in advance of the scheduled date of service. Really weird policy, folks.”

“My loader was Miguel and he was outstanding. I was very happy with the exceptional service received, from the time I scheduled the pick up to the day they arrived and picked up the items. They were on time and kept me updated every step of the way. They are a true 5 star company. Very professional, and great service. Thank you, very much!”

“I called regarding a double size foam mattress topper that is less than 1 year old how to dispose of and or donate. I was told your company could not help but would send me a list where to dispose of or donate. Never received a list or call back regarding assistance is re cycling, disposing and or donating. I don't think I would use a company that would just ignore all in recycling or donations. Grace”
