“Placed a order for pick up for Wednesday and nobody came will never do a online pick up again do not recommend cost me 100 and still have to take care of my mattress myself”

“I forgot the Load up helper's name who assisted me in getting my stuff moved. However, I can say that he was a great worker who was on time, polite, and an efficient person who did an excellent job. I have now used Load up on two occasions. Both people who helped me excellent. I can say now that I will continue to use Load up whenever that I need their help with my moves.”

“Great service, very nice and polite. They worked fast with no problems bringing my sofa and love seat down 4 flights of stairs. They came on time, sent a text message when they were on the way. You are able to track them. Prices are amazing. I would definitely use this company again.”

“I requested 8am-12pm pick up and my couches weren't picked up until 2:55pm. I had to rearrange my whole work day for them to continuously change the time (at 9:50am I was told there was a delay and the truck would arrive between 12-1pm; I followed up at 11:50am and they told me between 1-2pm; then at 130pm they told me they would be there by 230pm, then at 2:35pm told me they were 15 minutes away and didn't show up until 2:55pm). Disappointed I paid over $200 to get my old couches picked up for such poor service.”

“They were polite and efficient. Came took the box springs and mattress. Loaded the two big tv’s. They also took the frame for the bed and the original box the real big tv had come in with out charging me. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Very, very satisfied!!”
