“Very difficult contacting driver. Link didn't work. No obvious phone number to call. Driver and one other showed up at Very end of appointment slot in a very small, used pickup truck. Was so packed with stuff that I feared for them driving with my items added safely. Website advertised responsible eco disposal. Driver told me he was taking to dump. Paid $144.00 for false advertising. Would not recommend.”

“Samuel very nice and helpful. Don’t expect that BOTH mattress and box spring will be picked up unless you bought TWO mattresses. That was a surprise. And make sure they have correct phone #! They were using old #from BB&B so we missed the first call. Very convenient system otherwise.”

“Two workers came and took my mattress. They were on time and professional. The other good thing is that they recycle mattresses in stead of throw them in to the landfill. Highly recommended.”

“Superb customer service! Very easy, quick, and efficient to get some rugs taken away. Reasonably and fairly priced, especially in comparison to others in town that I checked. The communications, both with customer service and the loaders was great - knew exactly when they were coming and when they arrived at the dock. As well customer service provided text and voice mails from customer service informing me about driver status. That is the way to do customer service!! Definitely will call again for another job like this. Thanks for your help, LoadUp.”
