“The independent contactor that came to my house today to remove a. Ouch and love seat . He scratched my wood floor and when I brought it to his attention he said go buy some putty and fix it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They hire independent contractors and you have to deal with them to get the damage repaired. I am not holding out hope to have this fixed by him.”

“Shane and Tearan were very friendly and professional. They made quick work of moving some bulky furniture pieces from a second-floor apartment. I would recommend LoadUp to anyone who needs to have stuff hauled. Thank you”

“The driver, Brian, was very nice and understanding about removing an old mattress and box springs and some old van seats from my son’s apartment…even though I coordinated the job from another city. My son is happy to have his extra room and I’m a relieved mom that this was painlessly taken care of! Highly recommend this company!”

“Online booking was straightforward; communication throughout the process was appreciated; communication "day-of service" was spot on; actual service personnel were polite, too the point, and superb. Could not have asked for better personnel - if I ever use LoadUp again, I hope I get John and his helper once more. [Customer service is also rated at 5-stars though this rating site does not allow any more than one star to be clicked - the rating web site is the only part of the entire service that needs improvement - am I giving one or five stars for customer service {hope it is 5!}?]”

“Twice they never showed up. Excuse was either they didn't have any service to provide and we received no updates after 2 days of waiting. Should send them an invoice for our wait time. Can't recommend at all.”
