“This is hilarious! We had no idea Leesa had outsourced the removal of old mattress. So our new mattress from Leesa was delivered in a broken box on the sidewalk. My husband brings it onto the porch. I then have to call Leesa to figure out what happened to my in home delivery and removal of old mattress. I have already paid hundreds extra for this service. I then scheduled Loadup service, per Leesa customer service. Loadup was three hours late of the 8-12am delivery window (nothing to do here the Sat day before Xmas) and arrived at 3pm. Loadup guys came in my house and it smelled like a blunt for an hour after this two man crew left- shady group is putting it lightly. Funny but not. Do better!”

“Following my online contact with Load Up, things were very efficient. The agent was great to work with, the price for 10 large heavy items was fair, the two people who came to load them were terrific handling every detail themselves. The crew was a few hours out of the designated time frame but kept in constant contact and knowing our traffic, etc. in the PNW, we understood. I will definitely use them again. Thx, LoadUp!”

“They did all that was asked to do and were very careful in unloading and bringing all my belongings in my new home. I am thankful for the workers they were very pleasant. “Great experience! Easy to setup online. Appreciated the pricing transparency, very reasonable pricing (much better than You Got Junk and the 5 others I reviewed) and the clear and consistent communication from the time the order is placed through to the time the truck pulls away from your location. The two men sent to pick up my items were very professional, friendly, quick and efficient. They were a pleasure to deal with! (Shout out to Gerardo's team!) I will definitely be using Loadup again and gladly recommend this company if you are trying to choose a company to remove items from your home or business. 👍👍🙂”

“I commonly donate anything I am no longer using that is in great condition. But, in this case, it was exercise equipment. So, although I had to pay to have it removed you offered the option to donate it. I hope this piece of equipment can be used by someone else. I appreciate the simplicity of your process including the upfront quote, communication, next-day pick up and option to donate. Thanks so much.”

“I hired LoadUp to carry an adjustable bed frame (approximately 130 lbs) from my basement to a second-floor bedroom. The person assigned to my job was a gentleman named Tyrone. In just 10 minutes, Tyrone had the frame in my bedroom without touching any walls or causing damage to either my house or the frame. Tyrone was courteous, talkative, and strong. If I need LoadUp again, I will specifically request Tyrone!”

“The drivers Brooke and Santos were terrific...you should be aware of a very high and strict cancellation Load Up has...in our case we had a medical emergency and they would not move off a 50% cancellation fee so I had to go ahead despite our situation. John”
