Driver kept me updated on their arrival time. They were supposed to come 8am-noon. Arrived around 1pm - but they had communicated and apologized to me several times throughout the morning. They were efficient and friendly.

The company was good and professionally. They removed my equipment timely and did not damage any property. However, I was not provided a phone call when they were en route as I was told they would.

Guys did a great job but weren't very careful getting the old furniture out. They ended up dinging some of the other furniture in the room as they moved it out of the door.

They arrived in the appropriate time window and took care of the pickup quickly. They provided plenty of reminders for the pickup and provided all the paperwork I needed to show the requester it was taken care of.

The service request process is very good, and quick, albeit the driver arrived about 45 minutes past the end of the promised time range, and I'm not sure that she would have called me with a new time if I hadn't called her at 11:55 and left a message, since she called back almost immediately after I left the VM. And, while they both wiped their boots before coming in there are some small statins on the carpet from their boots, which will hopefully come off. When they first arrived I mentioned I hoped that her office had told her the mattress was on the 3rd level of my townhome, and that there was no elevator. She said they hadn't, but continued with her pleasant, can-do attitude. (The $110 charge included $20 for the 2 flights above ground level, so her company was aware.) I would use them again and refer them to others.

The men were mannerly, took the mattress and box springs that were at the door and left. They did come at the very end or just after the time window I set had passed.

Very helpful service, but expensive at over $120 to collect a mattress and drop it at the local recycling center 10mins drive away. Recommended for big bulky items

Scheduling was easy. The men who were supposed to come in kept changing the time on the day. Eventually they came on the scheduled time slot and took the 2 treadmills.

Very good customer support and handling of the order. Except for a slight delay that caused the drivers to show up after the window of appointment, the pick was smooth and fast. Friendly folks.

The movers from load up did show up about 30-45 minutes after the initial time frame. However, they were extremely nice and took apart my furniture in a timely manner. I would use and recommended Loadup to others.

very late, i was home and not doing anything so it was not a big deal. however it could have been very bad. 4-8pm range, showed up around 930. I was not doing anything so i didn't care. aside from that, the people were both lovely! :)

Everything went fine. Funny, your email said to say Hi to the person who was picking up. He was the least friendly person we have had come here. Not rude or anything, just unfriendly. Guess he thinks he doesn't get paid to do that. Otherwise, fine.
