“Go Rooster made selling my old iPad mini an easy process. I filled out the short questionnaire on-line and they gave me a quote for my device. Once I accepted their offer they sent a postage-paid label and instructions on how to package my device. I dropped off my package at the shipping store on Friday and they emailed me Monday to let me know they had my package. The promised payment was sent to my Venmo account the next day. The whole process was quick and easy; I’ll use them again the next time I have a device to sell.”

“I sold a broken Mac M1 pro to Go Roostr. I was afraid I'd get scammed, so I hesitated a few days, thinking "I'm gonna end up living in Portland doing heroin and eating vegan brownie mix." Then I found their 12-year service record on Better Business Bureau. I also saw good reviews on Reddit. I sent the computer in and had a check a little over a week later. Couldn't be happier. And I don't have to live in a homeless camp in Portland.”

“Hadn't heard of the company, but felt fairly confident after checking out positive reviews on apple communities, google etc and their BBB verification. Confidence was further reinforced after I had some questions during the listing/submission process, and their real-person email support was (conversational vs outsourced robotic) quick and super helpful. Simple, efficient website and instructions, they provided a free FedEx shipping label, and they kept me updated throughout the process -- status during shipment, immediately upon receiving my laptop (with info re next steps and exact timeline) then again when they completed inspection and finally when payment came through to me (they offer multiple ways to get paid out).Whole thing took just days from start to finish. Overall a super easy transaction and the highest quote (by a significant amount) among the others I checked out. I highly recommend Go Roostr.”
