“Go Roostr was my second choice for selling my 2018 MacBook Air online after my original dealings with the company Decluttr. Go Roostr paid me what they initially offered ($48) which was fair. Decluttr said I had not properly described the condition of my MacBook and offered me $6. Go Roostr was great to work with! Stay away from Decluttr.”

“I usually never leave a review but just left one with the Better Business Bureau for Go Roostr and want to share one here too. Their excellent communication throughout the entire process gives you the confidence you want in a company that you will hand over expensive electronics! I had sold to them years and years ago and was happy to find them again while I was looking around to sell my iPhone. This is a small business that has built my trust with their transparent process and quality customer service. I received the price that I was quoted. They let you know when they receive your device, when they process your device, and when they pay you along with sending my check via certified tracking. They are the exemplar of a quality business!”

“The website is intuitive and fast. It took me less than 1 min to get a quote for by Mac. The language/options are also clear because my Mac was not broken, just not working, and goroostr made that very clear through their options. The delivery was around 2 days and I received my money in total 5 days. Overall I'm very happy with Go Roostr and would definitely recommend them.”

“I sold my 2 year old water-damaged 2022 MacBook Air to Go Roostr and the process was clear, simple and very quick. “I got exactly what was quoted to me. They didnt low ball me or change the offer. Normally, these types of services never give you what they quote you. They find ways to lower the amount. These guys lived up to their promise which is really great. I got a better amount selling to them vs. trading into Apple.com. Highly recommended. They were quick to respond. They received my device and let me know immediately and turned around quickly too.”
